Highly recommended. I am moving to Belford from Bucks for jobs reasons and I need to find a house really quick. I met Charlie Jefferson from Pattinson Estate and all was easy and smooth. We have currently have our house on the market with Pattinson- the Alnwick branch, they are a friendly and reliable company. Our estate agent is a lovely lady named Clair who has been enormously helpful and is very friendly. she has been very helpful & responsive with any queries we have had and always gave us swift feed back in regards to viewings with out us having to ask which is a bonus because in the past with other companies we have used that has not always been the case. 10/10 I would recommend this company.

Charlie has provided an excellent service. She actively searched for properties meeting my requirements and kept in regular contact with different options. Charlie was aways very informative and friendly. I felt well cared for and trusted that she was genuinely wanting to find me the ideal home.

I deal with the Chester-Le-Street branch on a regular basis and I find David, Lisa and Ashley to be very knowledgeable and very efficient and very professional at all times. The whole team go way beyond the call of duty to make sure they keep me well informed on any property I have an interest in. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and I have known them to work in their own time to get me information or updates if I need something urgently. I can't recommend this branch enough, they are an absolute credit to the Company and should get more recognition from the directors for their efforts.
Deal with the Chester - Le - Street branch and you're guaranteed to have the best buying/selling experience you could possibly wish for.
