May be a one off but I would beware and ready to challenge any information submitted for planning applications from this firm . Having seen one planning application submitted by Savills Im of the opinion they commission surveys and reports and submit for planning applications that give some inaccurate ,vague and biased information in respect of those applications to ensure they are successful ....
