the presentation was excellent both on line and during advertisements nationally. the house took an extended time to sell due to a locally depressed market but Savills always remained enthusiastic and committed to sell.
The on line feedback was good with market updates and statistics and there was always someone on hand to deal with viewings for which they were always totally flexible if i was on hand to show the house myself.
