We have used Sharon David to let two properties for many years. All was well until a few years ago when rent was constantly paid to us late despite being handed over by the tenants on time. It cost us hundreds of pounds in bank charges. We were very patient but eventually moved agents. Such a shame as the rest of the staff are great. Unfortunately, Sharon lets her own business down.... I am in the market to buy a house with a cash sale, I saw a house advertised with Sharon David, the house had 1 photo so I sent them an email asking if they had more photos, all I received back was a standard e mail reply giving me info on the house which I already knew but still no photos, they obviously didn't read my email, If I had a house to sell I certainly would not put it with them!...
