Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks.
Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field.
Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings.
When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started.
Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

Good service in somewhat difficult times. Although it took longer to sell our home than we had hoped for this wasn't down to their promotion of the property, we had quite a number of viewings arranged, when it was possible, and communication was good.
