Very poor Arranged for valuation Friday 3pm Was called Thursday afternoon to say that a member of staff had called in sick and likely won’t be available for the 3pm, said that I’d already arranged with tenant and if anything would be possible they said they’d call me first thing to let me know. Didn’t call, so I called at 11.30 to check and they said nobody available and to rearrange for Saturday 1pm I rearranged with tenant and cancelled my plans. Roll on to 1pm Saturday I’m stood outside the property 20 minutes, nobody showed. Tried calling the Llanelli office 4 time with no answer (open until 4pm Saturdays) Had to call the Gorseinon office to get through to Llanelli, in which they told me someone called in sick again and they thought someone would have had called me. Not good enough, wasted not only my time but messed my tenant around too. Lesson learned, had ignored poor feedback regarding this company already which I should have listened to. Just completed on a property with John Francis and they were great. Natasha in the Llanelli office, in particular, was excellent. She went above and beyond, showing us a range of houses and rearranging her days to fit all of our requests in. Morally devoid. I tried buying a house via John Francis a few years ago and was shocked by the service. Initially warm and friendly, I agreed a purchase price above the asking price. Having started conveyancing and progressing with the mortgage they called me to let me know a higher offer was received and told me I'd have to raise my offer to continue the purchase. This is shocking given that I'd already offered more than the asking price. The REALLY shocking thing was that when I discussed this with them they kept saying 'this is legal' which I understood, but they didn't seem to understand that what I was saying was that it was immoral and unscrupulous business behaviour. Worrying that they really didn't seem to know the difference.... Read more

Really disappointed with the service for a "profesional agency." I made an appoitment to view a property to let in,Llanelli.. the appointment was for 10.30 am. At 10.50 I was still standing outside the property.. Enough.. I left a note on the door.. In what universe is this acceptable behaviour to leave a prospective client waiting at a doorstep? I would have paid six months rent in advance... There is a complete lack of respect,not just fort myself but for the poor soul who has entrusted their property to you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This not the first time that I have heard reports of your appalling and dishonest beaviour . i have a list of names and people of whom you have treated shabbily..
