I was a tenant with Shaw & Co for 3 years at a beautiful building in Shoreditch and was extremely happy with the service I received during that entire period. Any issues were quickly seen to and dealt with and the landlord took great pride in the maintenance of the property, as well as being flexible to our needs and requests during the tenancy. Diana in the office was a pleasure to deal with and was always available to deal with any urgent (and non-urgent) issues. Mr Shaw was a great landlord and Shaw & Co were one of the best letting agencies I've dealt with in my 10 years of renting. Would recommend.... Read more

Terrible, they are rude and on my second call interested in a property, I was hung up on by the manager. I would not like to have my property listed with them if they are treating interested parties like this. I have dealt with rude people before but this was so strange.... Read more
