Great start didn't last. Flat sale fell through after 5 months. James unaware so we had to inform him along with the reason - buyer not wanting a leasehold property! All after he would not take our concerns seriously or consider other buyers.

I called to arrange a flat viewing as soon as they posted the ad on Rightmove on Tuesday. The person who I spoke to said they’re collecting numbers and will come back for viewing appointments. On Wedn, I got an email from Ovi that asks for availability to arrange the viewing for Saturday. I replied but haven’t received a confirmation. So I called Ovi on Thursday morning to ask for the viewing confirmation. He said he’s waiting for confirmation from tenants but he’ll confirm latest by Friday. Today is Friday, and it’s late afternoon, I just called him and he said his colleague arranged the viewings YESTERDAY when he was off!? And all slots might have been BOOKED. I got confused/upset and wasn’t sure if I spoke with him yesterday but checked my last called numbers after hung up and yes it was him who I tried to get confirmation a day ago. He is obviously not doing a right job. Try to stay away from Ovi. Finding a house already a messy job, no need extra hassle.

We really wanted to find an estate agent with whom we felt we could communicate and would not just give us lots of charm. Once we met James we knew he was our man, and we were not disappointed. Throughout the process his warmth and down to earth presence meant that a terribly stressful time became manageable. He held our hands without pressurising us, and listened to what we said, so that we really felt we were working with him. His team were all very helpful and professional, which meant we were never worried about having any nasty surprises. I'm very grateful we found Wild and Co and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We got Lauren & James to help us to rent our house for the first time. They were incredibly organized in keeping us informed about all necessary paperwork’s and inspections and took all the burden off us, from arranging vendors to viewings - with extra explanations for us who were completely ignorant about renting properties. The whole process from photography (including virtual tour video) to making a listing and arranging viewing took about a week in total, which was thoroughly impressive. We had to change our condition after a series of viewings, and they handled the situation so smoothly which we were grateful for. I feel it’s the dedication and professionalism that make all the difference working with Wild & Co as it’s an independent business. I’d definitely recommend!

I sold my flat in Hackney with Wild&Co and had an excellent experience. They were absolutely dedicated professionals, were always available, were enthusiastic about my property and found me a great buyer. Nothing was too much for them and all requests and questions I had were promptly answered and accommodated. Having dealt with large estate agents before, I particularly appreciated that this is a small team - just Ovi and James who knew everything about my flat. In my previous experience I dealt with large numbers of agents who may or may not have been to the property before, may or may not have been motivated, and may or may not pass on information and requests of mine. None of that with Wild&Co - Hackney insiders I can only recommend.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this estate agent. We found a flat that we really liked and had two viewings with the same agent, made an offer and explained through conversation that we were serious and would like to be kept up to date with any counter offers (no details required just that someone else has made an offer). We did not hear from the agent for a number of weeks and when I got in contact I was told that the flat had be SSTC. We were very disappointed as we would have increased our offer. Not only have the company let us down but they have also let the vendor down as they could have received more money for the property.
A number of phone calls I had with the agent were extremely disorganised, he kept forgetting which property I was calling about, was unable to offer much information and when I brought someone to the second viewing for an opinion on the structure and possibility of adding an extension, I overheard him tell him information which was contrary to what we had been told. The only conclusion I could draw was that he was lying to one of us and therefore was distrustful.
We are left disappointed and Following our experience I would not recommend using this agent as a buyer or as a vendor.

I was incredibly happy with the service from Wild&Co. Ovi helped me find my new flat by thoroughly gathering my requirements by initially showing me three flats of different kinds. I didn't go for any of them, however one of them I really liked but it still didn't meet certain requirements. He understood exactly what I was looking for and after a few days reached out to me about a flat which I liked so much that I ended up making an offer and got it accepted on the spot.

We booked a flat visit with this agency at 12:15 today, due to unfortunate circumstances (traffic) we were a few minutes lates (maximum 8 min) when we let the the real estate agent know he told us that he had to leave at 12:25 so basically it would have give us less than 10 minutes to visit the flat even if we were on time.... He called us being unprofessional because we were late (which can happen) instead of apologising for booking so many back to back visit which don't let room to mistakes... The minimum he could have done is to let us know that he had a hard stop at 12:25....

I would give James at Wild & Co. zero stars if the option were available.
I assumed that purchasing my first property would be an exciting experience but thanks to his rude and unacceptable behaviour it ended up being one of the worst experiences of my life. It has taken me some time to process how nasty and unbelievable dealing with him was. He was rude, patronising and threatening throughout the whole purchase process. I would not touch Wild & Co. with a barge pole.

I could honestly not be happier with the service given to me.
As a first time buyer I was ready to be wary of estate agents but throughout my transaction the whole team gave me absolutely no reason to be. Everyone was helpful, straightforward and flexible.
I am a first time buyer and had an offer accepted just before lockdown. My surveyor couldn’t get in as planned until the market opened up again and the fact that I have managed to exchange today feels like a small miracle, with Wild & Co being open and reassuring in their communication over the last few months. I’ve never met a more unpleasant real estate agent than James, the owner of this company, and that’s saying something. I tried to buy a property through this agency and was met with arrogance and rudeness at every turn. When that didn’t work he resorted to downright bullish male chauvinism when he didn’t like my queries, implying that as a young woman buying her first property, I couldn’t possibly know what I was talking about. I found him totally intimidating and nasty. In the end my lawyers had to deal with him, and even they told me that they’d never come across a more difficult estate agent! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for a property!

I Just called & spoke to James the owner & manager of sales in their only branch in Hackney. What a rude & arrogant man. I called to get information on potentially selling my house through them & he told me to, "go sell it myself". Gosh with his attitude I would be in no doubt better at trying to sell it myself or go to one of his many competitors than using his company. I called him back to tell him how rude he was to me yesterday & he continued to speak rudely to me. I explained to him how if he where to sell my place potential clients would have to speak to him & if he where to treat them how he spoke to me, a potential client, then a normal person wouldn't want to deal with him. What a rude & difficult person he is to deal with I thought, I would have thought that with so much competition out there especially with estate agents folding & being in the customer services sector the very least one would expect of a sales Manager/owner is for them to be polite the most basic of requirements to potential customers.Gosh 22 years in the business & you still have not learnt that one simple fact...
