I went there and I was just looking for some flats to let, there was a man working just by himself who was speaking by phone, surely I didn't mind waiting and I did for about 15 minutes, no eye contact of whatsoever, not a work was even said from him so I decided to leave, it felt really bad even when leaving he didn't even look at me. What a fabulous estate agent. Charles, Linda, Andy, Laura and Will make up a dream team. Right from the go they were behind me in my purchase of my dream home and they sold my property within days of going to market. There are many agents who will remain nameless but are based on the Internet who believe they are selling a service, in short they are but it is a dis-service. This was all the more proven when it came to concluding matters, which is the most stressful part of the conveyancing process. Charles and Linda, with their wealth of experience put much needed calls to Solicitors up and down the chain to make sure the date we had in the diary was achieved.
