I used Crabb Curtis both for rental of my property and subsequently the sale which ended up being a long, complex and very stressful process! Danny Groom was an excellent support throughout this - he was reliable and always available to talk; offering good advice, keeping me informed and significantly helping move things along with the Solicitors. I'd definitely recommend Crabb Curtis and use them again ????

I've rented with Crabb Curtis for the last 1.5 years. Every time we've had issues in our flat they have been out very quickly with their contracrors to fix the issues, which is refreshing when renting! Thanks Claire & the maintenance team.

I have just completed the purchase of a property in Warwick which was proving to be a difficult process ,Until Jessica at Crabb Curtis took over the file. She was very proactive and helpful and certainly was the driving force in getting the sale across the line. I would certainly recommend Crabb Curtis and will be using them as my letting agent.

Used CC to sell a property and dealt with Jess. Jess genuinely is the best agent I have dealt with when selling property. On the ball, great advice, amazing communication and kept the solicitors in check. This was a tricky sale and Jess really did add value to our entire experience. If only people like Jess grew on trees!

Having used Crabb Curtis to sell our house we can thoroughly recommend them.
Danny’s knowledge of the local market meant that he was able to set the right price for us, whilst also achieving our goal of a completed sale before Christmas. He arranged and managed an open-house viewing day with seven appointments – one of which resulted in us being offered the guide price. Jessica subsequently looked after us, accompanying the purchaser on two subsequent “measuring up” visits, liaising with the purchaser’s chain and always keeping us informed of progress.
As an independent local agent, marketing a smaller portfolio of properties, we always felt that we were getting a responsive and personal service from Crabb Curtis, rather than being “just another customer” for a national agency chain.

We have used Crabb Curtis for many years managing a flat rental and they have been absolutely superb and always found us great tenants. It’s very noticeable that they are a family-run business. Always “on the ball” and super responsive. We recently sold the property, using Crabb Curtiss, and both Danny and Luke were exceptionally professional and we achieved a higher sale price than we expected due to their expertise. I would totally recommend them for either sales or rentals.

Excellent service from Luke at Crabb Curtis. We were selling my aunts home after she went into a care home. From the valuation through to completion Luke was so helpful and hands on. The house was unoccupied for a while and Luke would pop round and deal with things and help us sort out little issues. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend if looking to sell your home.
