Danny surpassed my expectations of an estate agent. He communicated brilliantly by email/phone/text and ALWAYS DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO! He valued our house will and sold for a good price. Jessica has been exceptional throughout the whole process of house purchase. She's been really well prepared for the initial viewing (unlike other agents) and everything going forward was smooth sailing. I would 100% recommend

Had to sell my Mums flat as she moved into a care home. Had several quotes from estate agents. Danny from Crabb Curtis came out to value flat. Gave very good advice and didn't put me under pressure to sign up there and then unlike to other agents.
So after a week we rang Crabb Curtis to proceed with the sale . We were looked after by Danny and Jessica until the sale completed . They have been excellent keeping us updated all through the sale. sorted out any issues that occurred . I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Brendan succeeded where Knight Frank had failed. He built interest via current and past clients, and created interest ahead of the property being formally advertised. He has remained involved and advised throughout the sale process. His USP is to sell large Warwickshire properties effectively often after the big-boys have tried and failed.

Danny and Jessica of Crabb Curtis helped us sell our town centre apartment earlier this month. It was a long and somewhat frustrating process which started in autumn when the market was super slow. Yet, Danny and Jessica managed to bring potential buyers through the door and were always available for advice.
We eventually sold above the guide price (two buyers turning up at the same time) and Jessica led through the negotiations very tactfully and professionally - to our and buyers' mutual satisfaction.
We are now in our new home, tired after months of uncertainty but we believe that without Jessica and Danny we wouldn't have gotten where we are now. We are not planning to move anytime soon but will be certainly recommending Crabb Curtis to others.

I used Crabb Curtis both for rental of my property and subsequently the sale which ended up being a long, complex and very stressful process! Danny Groom was an excellent support throughout this - he was reliable and always available to talk; offering good advice, keeping me informed and significantly helping move things along with the Solicitors. I've rented with Crabb Curtis for the last 1.5 years. Every time we've had issues in our flat they have been out very quickly with their contracrors to fix the issues, which is refreshing when renting! Thanks Claire & the maintenance team.

I have just completed the purchase of a property in Warwick which was proving to be a difficult process ,Until Jessica at Crabb Curtis took over the file. She was very proactive and helpful and certainly was the driving force in getting the sale across the line. I would certainly recommend Crabb Curtis and will be using them as my letting agent.

Used CC to sell a property and dealt with Jess. Jess genuinely is the best agent I have dealt with when selling property. On the ball, great advice, amazing communication and kept the solicitors in check. This was a tricky sale and Jess really did add value to our entire experience. If only people like Jess grew on trees!
