Contacted Connells through their website. Received an phone call back that day and was able to arrange a viewing. Due to not being in the area, Mary-Kate kindly did a video call to allow me to see the property. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond to emails. Would use their services again.

The agents at the Leamington Spa office served my needs extremely well. They went to great lengths to overcome what should have been a very simple matter but wasn't. I have rented many homes with different agents. The Leamington Spa office is, by far, the most professional and understanding office of letting agents I have ever had dealings with. If you are first time buyer avoid at all costs. They will use your lack of understanding rules to sell you as many products they can instead of explaining how everything works and guide your through process. You can forget about anyone answering the phone from you after you pay.
If i use them again only because their lifetime fee is huge and would be a waste
