Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

Also where the agent for the house we bought and they did a great job staying on top of the sales process to the end.- 18th Jul 2024 (9 days ago)I have been a landlord for many years and the Lettings Team (Selina, Leanne and Beccy) have been very helpful and oversaw the excellent refurbishment of the kitchen of my property with good communication throughout. This is important as I am located some distance away and the property was then quickly back on the market and let to a good tenant
23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)We got there in the end!!! Photography needs to be improved as I decided to edit the photographs myself. Description of the property could have been better written so it would be more attractive to the potential buyer. Would have liked to see 3D walk around online options. Communication and attitude can improve from the staff.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Absolutely terrible service. Booked a viewing before they knew if they could get the keys or not. Rang me last minute to say they couldnt get the keys so wasted money on the non-refundable train tickets. Would have signed the contract there and then once seeing the property. They lost a customer who would have taken a property off them which has been up for two months after multiple people didn't secure it. Also didn't get sent the viewing address and wasted my time. Never will use again.
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Campbells Estate Agents Daventry We chose Campbells as they were recommended by a friend We found Stan from Campbells very friendly and knowledgeable with all are questions and concerns We are very pleased that we used Campbells the service was really good we were contacted after every viewing great feedback every time We felt Campbells were well worth the money they sold our house really quickly and kept us in the loop all the way through the process We would definitely recommend Campbells Stan and Mark went well above to make our experience as stressless as possible

17th Jul 2024 (10 days ago)Had to sell my Mums flat as she moved into a care home. Had several quotes from estate agents. Danny from Crabb Curtis came out to value flat. Gave very good advice and didn't put me under pressure to sign up there and then unlike to other agents. So after a week we rang Crabb Curtis to proceed with the sale . We were looked after by Danny and Jessica until the sale completed . They have been excellent keeping us updated all through the sale. sorted out any issues that occurred . I would have no hesitation in recommending them First class Dave
