13th Jan 2026 (16 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.

Holding deposit is taken immediately (non-refundable), while delays continue. On top of that, responses are often rude and unhelpful.- 3rd Apr 2026 (4 weeks ago)Massive thank you to all the residential sales staff at the Rugby H&H branch. They smoothly guided me through the sales process from start to finish, and managed the (unconventional) buyer, defending our position when required. Julie was always swift to reply to communications and gave helpful practical advice when requested. Everyone was polite and professional. Smart, polished, charming without being too smooth for comfort. I would have liked the staff to answer the phone with their name, not just "H&H". I had to ask / guess who I was talking to when I rang in - Julie / Claire / Jayne / etc.

I made contact online and was telephoned by a member of the team to arrange a visit to the property. Rhian was friendly and made me feel very at ease, she explained the Express Sale Process fully, created a marketing strategy that reflected the property but could appeal to a range of buyers. From marketing of the property we completed on the sale in 53 days. Rhian and shian kept things on track and kept me informed throughout.

I’ve found Sam and Rhys in particular very personable and professional. Buying and selling in a sales chain was a new experience for me, and I felt Aby managed everyone’s expectations well. I’d definitely go back to Jackson Grundy when we come to sell (hopefully not for many years yet!). We’re beyond grateful for their help.
