What an experience from start to finish.....from the initial meeting through to the final sales closure of our property I don't think you could find a more diligent, professional and caring service Liz and Nicola provided sound advice time after time and clearly understood our requirements from the beginning Not only did they sell our house in a record time of 8 weeks from advertisement to completion they also exceeded our expectations in the calibre of buyers they bought to the table and the price we managed to achieve Having sold houses previously I would simply say that their knowledge , service and expertise in what they do is second to none They are a great team and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone selling their property

Keeping up to date with current legislation and updating me as and when required. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Karen and Sarah have been my contacts - never let me down

They just don’t leave you alone we had a representative come out months ago to then find out he had left or been sacked so we didn’t fellow up. They then hounded me with phone calls constantly after countless times of telling them to stop , and when you tell them to stop bloody calling they get really angry with you. Just had a full blown argument with some member of staff who felt brave today accusing me of raising my voice. Raised my voice ? I’m the client, very silly individual. The most disgusting customer service and useless company. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from them.

13th Jan 2025 (10 weeks ago)I applied for a viewing on a rental property in leamington spa. After submitting all my details and being enigble by meeting all the requirements, I received an email stating that the Landlord doesn't want to rent to older couples ( only young people or single occupants, for a 2 bedroom property) And no people with children. This is unlawful discrimination under the equality act 2010 towards age and children. My first experience with this letting agency and an unpleasant one. Very cheeky and smart not to put this information in the listing description of the property( because it's illegal and they know that) . But they made a mistake to put these illegal requirements in writing/ email. I will take this matter further to the legal ombudsman. I'm wondering what they discrimate against more!? Avoid, unless you want to be treated unfairly.- 7th Mar 2025 (20 days ago)Had a viewing with Mary-Kate, arrived earlier than scheduled and she was already there ready to go! Excellent service, couldn’t be happier!

Oliver, in particular, was very friendly, professional and helpful. We were surprised at how easy and efficient their services made the process, allowing us to have a hassle-free and minimally stressful move. We would highly recommend!

Handles helped manage us through the process and were always available to answer any queries or concerns that we had about the sale. It all went through very quickly and without any stress on our side. I would definitely use Handles again
4th Jan 2025 (12 weeks ago)I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience selling my house than the one I had with Paul from Moveli. As someone who himself lives nearby, he deeply understood the local market and how best to communicate the most salable features of the property to potential bodies. I really appreciated his friendly, down-to-earth approach and constant availability, even on the weekends. Being able to rely his advice and expertise from start to finish made the whole process incredibly smooth. In the end, he was able to negotiate an offer that was significantly over the asking price. I would highly recommend him as the premier estate agents in the ‘between the commons’ area.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The process from start to finish was very quick and not complicated. When I entered the property for the first time, I was really impressed with how clean it had been left for me. I have now been in the property for just over a week and I'm really happy with it and feel very much at home. Super friendly staff too.
