2nd Feb 2026 (9 days ago)I have been using hunters for multiple viewings as we were looking to move house pretty urgently, Lettings agent clio has been nothing but helpful and supportive on finding us the right space for us to call home! She has answered all of the questions we had with complete professionalism! Clio has been fantastic all the way through. Because of this I highly recommend letting from with hunters.

I have been using Paynes for over 15years who look after all my rented properties. And I have never had a reason to change . Thank you so much to everyone at Paynes.
13th Jan 2026 (29 days ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.
16th Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Very helpful in the sale of our property. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. However, the conveyancer that is recommended through them (if you don't have your own) were not so efficient.

21st Jan 2026 (21 days ago)Quite simply, this has been the worst transition from Andrew Granger (in Market Harborough) to their new owners, Sheldon Bosley Knight. There has been absolutely no consideration for existing clients throughout the process. We have experienced reduced rental income in most months of 2025. As a landlord whose rental income only covers only 75% of the mortgage, this situation is completely unsustainable. Everything feels last?minute, poorly planned, or done without any notification. On top of that, there have been numerous administration changes that we did not request. These changes have created unnecessary extra work and inconvenience, forcing us to adapt to new processes when the previous systems worked perfectly well for us. As clients, we should not be expected to absorb the burden of poorly executed internal restructuring. Their response times to queries and correspondence are also unacceptable. Even a simple acknowledgement with a commitment to follow up would go a long way, but this has become rare. It leaves clients feeling ignored and undervalued. Sheldon Bosley Knight - do better. Edit January 21, 2026: I appreciate the defensive reply Sheldon Bosley Knight. This is not customer service. My recommendation is putting the same level of effort that went into your reply into simply doing better. They have maintained excellent communication from the start to the end of the process and have been very clear with what they need from us and when. They have understood our brief very well and have found tenants for us during a tricky quiet time of year. A big thank you to Selina and Irene in the letting team and hope to use your services again in the future

27th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)Tristan Redburn was the third estate agent we had, after 2 failed sales. The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Once they have you locked in as a tenant, they become completely unreachable. Calls ignored. Emails ignored. Messages ignored. It’s like dealing with a brick wall — except a brick wall is more responsive. The Rugby lettings team is beyond incompetent. I have been chasing serious issues for nearly a month. Every single time I’m fobbed off with “leave it with us,” followed by total silence. No updates. No action. No professionalism. They are quick to take rent but utterly useless when it comes to doing their actual job. You are left stressed, frustrated, and wasting your time constantly chasing people who clearly do not care. This agency treats tenants with complete disregard. If you value communication, accountability, or basic human decency — stay well away.
