The fact there is 5 star reviews on here is unbelievable as the service we have recieved is not even worthy of 1 star elaine williams our property "manager" literally has not managed to resolve a single one of our several issues. Constantly chasing with no resolution and 7 months for a response. They then have the cheek to increase our service charge by 80% and demand 2 years money. Absolutley abysmal service

Literally the worst customer service. They do not reply to any emails especially when there are issues. Would not recommend as a managing agent - do not care about your needs or complaints.
Avoid at all costs.

Very bad service and bad communication. Constant rude and blunt replies from probably one of their youngest employees Charlie .avoid where possible
