I had several concerns about letting my new property when I walked through Foxtons agency in Croydon to get some information about how to proceed.
I met Dipan who behaved very professionally, he sounded extremely well informed about properties and about the property market situation so I felt reassured.
In a few days without any trouble he found the perfect tenants for me and made me get the adequate monthly rate.
I would definitely recommend Dipan for his professional service throughout the whole process and for his great availability and courtesy.
Thank you Dipan.

My husband and I had been searching for properties for quite some time and therefore had come across many agents in the process. We can honestly say that Oscar Evans has by far been the best, he has most certainly put every other agent to shame! We have never come across a sales negotiator so attentive, caring and polite and couldn't have asked for a better service! Throughout the process, Oscar kept us updated and worked extremely hard to get us results, often going above and beyond. He is a credit to Foxtons and we will not hesitate to contact Oscar when we decide to sell our property. Thank you so much Oscar!!
Be very careful with this company and ensure you read your contracts carefully before signing, there are hidden fees and charges in many of them. They are not to be trusted. There are many other reputable trustworthy companies on lordship lane, I would advise you to take your business elsewhere.
As a landlord, I'm having really hard time dealing with Foxtons. It's really hard to get any response from them.
Hired them to clean the house, it has not been done properly, the inventory check shows the property was dusty, nevertheless Foxtons refused to refund the payment. Having further more issues with returning deposit... I wish I never started dealing with them.
I used Foxtons Beckenham office to sell my period conversion flat. I first had it valued by Foxtons as well as KFH.
Foxtons valued my property at £399,950 and KFH valued my property between £365,000-£385,000. KFH offered a fee of 1.5% + VAT and Foxtons do not negotiate their standard 2.5% + VAT fee. Despite the difference in fee I chose Foxtons as my selling agent as they seemed a lot more professional and enthusiastic about selling my property.
On the second viewing of my property Fin (sales negotiator) received a fantastic offer of £395,000 which we were really happy with being that was £10,000 more than what KFH said they believed they could achieve!
Throughout the process Fin kept all parties updated every step of the way making it feel a lot less stressful. I know my stuff about selling properties, however when it is your own property you are selling it can still be very stressful so I think it's important to use a professional.
I can't thank Fin enough for his efforts in selling my property. From start to finish we received first class service from Foxtons, and more importantly a great price for our property.
