Never recommend this agency to anybody. We have paid a deposit of £600 and they haven’t return back a penny. When I have been trying to apply through the court to return the money they have changed their agency instead of Silks Estates for Silks Estates Ltd. Moreover I got to know that they even didn’t put the money in DPS. They just kept it straight to them.... Read more

Worst agency around! Definitely avoid! They wouldn't do repairs and had to contact the council due to one disabled tenant and one pregnant having to live like that. They evicted the disabled tenant and pregnant because the council made them do repairs. Has not given bond back and they tried increasing rent as well. Avoid at all costs!!... Read more

Great service...however some dwellings can be a s**t hole. View one gaff, it had a bad damp problem, plus a trip hazard on stairs due to loose carpet fitting...even had no hand rail to hold on to ... Read more

Worst possible estate agents ever Damp problems, windows and guttering has been promised to be repaired and replaced since May. I now have the council involved and they will now investigate and take this matter further. All silks estates want is their rent on time but won’t do any work to the house regardless if it’s a health hazard or dangerous. Would definitely not recommend... Read more

Been 3 weeks and I not got my bond back I rung dps to get my bond back there waiting for silks to get back to them and when I ring all I get is I can’t help you need my bond back to get food for my kids it’s disgusting that they do nothing... Read more
