I was initially shown around the Apartment. I only needed one viewing. I made an initial Cash offer. A couple of days later I checked to see if all the contents could be negotiated. Olivia and Siobhan were brilliant throughout. I was really impressed by Paul (one of the Directors). He was here to meet & greet me with my Keys. He offered me a Welcome Pack with goodies in.
