I found Rafiq very helpful, discussing and taking on board specific aspects/features, and quickly getting the property to market (unlike another top proprietary competitor in the locality where customer perspective is secondary and property is deliberately under valued). Jack was especially helpful and courteous throughout, particularly going out of his way to conduct weekend viewings and liaising with the buyer. The only minor criticism I have is that Hunters do tend to focus more on supporting the buyer than the seller, presumably as the buyer is critical for generating their commission. That said, overall a satisfactory outcome for all concerned and I would, therefore, both recommend and use Hunters again.... Read more
