3rd Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I received an exceptional service from Reeds Rains for my first house purchase. Chloe and the team kept me informed regularly and nothing was too much to ask. I often got a response the same week, if not the same day. I completed my house purchase with keys in hand exactly 10 weeks to the date of my offer being accepted, this meant I was able to enjoy Christmas in my new home and I sit here now humbled and happy. Thank you Reeds Rains for your efforts and consistency in making the process of my first house purchase a pleasant and memorable one for all of the right reasons. I will absolutely use them again should I need to in the future, and recommend highly to anyone considering.

Our estate agents we were selling with were awful which highlighted quite how amazing Heidi was, she supported us through the process and was there for anything we needed and even phoning solicitors to get things moving quicker for us! Not pressuring into making decision and listening for my needs. Michael in particular was very good and helped a lot with quite a stressful house purchase.

Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!

The help and attitude I have received from them has been so positive which has made it so much easier for myself. I am especially grateful to Liam who has been incredible throughout. With me constantly ringing and emailing with anything I didn’t understand as it being my first property Liam was always quick to responds. Thank you and sorry for having to deal with me pestering you all ???? I have already recommended the branch and Liam especially to anyone who talks to me about buying a home and still one year later I am doing the same. I will always be grateful to you guys for helping me achieve this moment in my life as someone who didn’t think they could and for making it EXTREMELY easy and beneficial for me! Really disappointed at the ‘Tactics’ used by this branch to blank out a genuine buyer willing to pay full market value and sneakily selling to someone else for £20k less and taking advantage of a delicate situation which involved bereavement for the selling family. Not good practice at all! I would never want to deal with this branch and trust them with a property as they purposely ignore calls and messages! But answer straight away when ringing from a different number and return calls as well to a different number!!! 17th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible estate agents! Preys on the poor by providing shoddy and in many circumstances illegal places to live (no running water, black mould problems, unclean communal areas) and then refuses deposits back when tennants no longer want to reside! I would stay clear.
10th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Dealing with Sam and the team at Movenowproperties was a fantastic experience from the first contact all the way through to completion of my property. I made an enquiry overnight and was contacted promptly the following day to arrange a viewing. Sam was very knowledgeable about the property and was completely professional. Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys as many didn’t make any contact or if they did, it was up to a week after making an enquiry! Their loss because I had already viewed a fantastic and progressing. The Conveyancing Team she recommended were also very efficient. Thanks to Sam and her Team.
