Our estate agents we were selling with were awful which highlighted quite how amazing Heidi was, she supported us through the process and was there for anything we needed and even phoning solicitors to get things moving quicker for us! Lauren in particular was the agent to deal with myself and the property we are renting. She kept us up to date and always replied quickly to any queries we had. Much appreciated, it made our rental process so much more of a delight in an otherwise stressful time.

17th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Terrible estate agents! Preys on the poor by providing shoddy and in many circumstances illegal places to live (no running water, black mould problems, unclean communal areas) and then refuses deposits back when tennants no longer want to reside! I would stay clear.

The whole team have been so helpful right from the very beggining of my sale journey, fantastic communication and weekly updates throughout the process and was able to recommend a solicitor at a great price too. 1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Sold our house with DPSH. It took 8 months, mainly due to the solicitors they 'highly recommended'. We did all the viewings ourselves and had to push for them to encourage the buyers to come back with a higher offer. THEN when we actually sold our house - we heard nothing from them for the full 8 months except 1 token phone call asking us to ring them with an update.... Including on the day we completed and exchanged, we had to arrange to meet the buyers at the house - no phone call checking it had all gone ok, I don't even know if they know we have sold.... I presume they do because they have got a load of money for doing absolutely nothing. Would not use again and would not recommend. 1 star is generous.
