Even one star is too much for them, very bad at what they do, I wouldn't trust them with a wet paper bag, they cost me money, lied, back stabbed and totally not what they make out they are<br>The manager at the time was called Luke and the person we were dealing with a lady called Morwenna we had a buyer in December 2013 and they pulled out and we were not told<br>So you concluding that I was not a genuine customer of your firm just says it all, Considering I left this review nearly 10 years ago and you’ve only just responded……….<br><br>I am only replying to your comments Of which was emailed to me last weekThe house in question was in Jackson Road Bromley Common

We recently purchased our property through Sinclair Hamilton in Bromley, and despite the process being far from straightforward, the team was outstanding from start to finish.<br><br>A special thank you goes to Emily and Jak, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire purchase. They were always approachable, kept us updated, chased things when needed, and were proactive in helping to overcome the many challenges we faced. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their dedication and persistence played a huge part in getting the purchase over the line.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having a team that genuinely cares and works tirelessly on your behalf makes all the difference. Sinclair Hammelton managed my property for years and were always good to deal with, I then decided to sell, and they were great to deal with - had some honest conversations around valuations and the market conditions. Sinclair Hammelton…. Professional, responsive, helpful, pro-active, realistic, genuine. Achieved our sale within three weeks of instruction. Really helped us secure a viable sale quickly so we did not loose our preferred purchase.
