So many problems and issues with this agent, god knows why they are still trading . If you are a landlord, please avoid this agent at ALL COSTS if you are intending to let your property out. I have now moved my properties to another agent as Arlington estates had not paid me 3 months rent and in the end decided to move to another agent. Still, they have not given me the outstanding July rent ( its now September) and Amit, the owner is avoiding me. Don't know how to get the rent off this agent now? The tenants are also annoyed as well because they had paid the rent on time to Arlington and were surprised that Arlington have still not paid me. AVOID.... Read more
