Rahool is one of the best if not the best agent I have encountered. I strongly recommend working with him. He is honest, responsive, commercial but most of all can simultaneously be in the details and focused on the bigger picture. He is clearly passionate about real estate and goes above and beyond to generate positive outcomes for his clients. From the simplest to the more complex transaction, Rahool will work hard, think outside the box, and deliver.

Lyon LACKS the professionalism, communication, timeliness and responsibility towards its clients. As a buyer, i was left hanging and disappointed and if I were a seller, I doubt I would list my property with this irresponsible company.
20th Mar - I called to enquire on a 2 Bedroom flat posted on Zoopla. Call answered promptly by Gaurav Sekri and viewing appointment was made for the 22nd Mar 12:15PM with Rahool Sekri.
22nd Mar - I arrived promptly for the viewing and was made to wait for close to 30 minutes. Rahool lacked professionalism and was not apologetic at all for arriving late – there was neither a text/email to say that he was delayed.
23rd Mar - I put the offer for the flat via email. No reply or acknowledgement
25th Mar - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Rahool replied with a confirmation.
28th Mar - I sent an email to check on the update on my offer. Rahool replied for me to call which i did. I was told that he would provide an update on 5th Apr. The expectation from Rahool was for me to share if had found something and my expectation was the same for Lyon to share an update on my offer.
5th Apr - As there was no email/call from Rahool, i called Rahool hoping to get an update. My call was rejected and i received a text message that he will give me a call back. No call back received.
8th Apr - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Till date, I have not received any reply.
I have concluded that my offer was potentially rejected by the seller however there should have been some form of communication from Lyon. It is irresponsible and unacceptable to leave clients hanging.
They have lost a potential client and if i were you, i would not use Lyon! Stay away!

So this is my response to Lyon’s!
To emphasise, the issue is lack of professionalism and communication.
Please take some responsibility. Attached emails and text:
1) Rahool changing the time to 2.45pm and me messaging to confirm I have arrived at 2.53pm. He only came to see us at 3.15pm - yes he might have a client but where is the communication that you are engaged and there was no apology for making us wait!
2) I received a call from Rahool immediately when the Google review was posted - do note there was no calls prior to this despite my enquiry. Yes, i understand that it’s dependent on the seller but again why was this not communicated despite me reaching out several times - neither my call or email were answered.
I have no intention to do any business with this unprofessional company even if the property is still in the market.
So, in conclusion Lyon is an unprofessional estate agent and they lack communication and responsibility.

Lyons managed our flat when we were away for a year. From my first meeting with Gaurav I felt that Lyons were really trustworthy and reliable. I considered a couple of other agencies - some of the bigger and better known ones- who were so aggressive with their sales tactics and had complex fee structures which didn’t add up when I tried to calculate the differences myself. Everyone we met from Lyons was extremely professional and straightforward. They found us excellent tenants who looked after our home and furniture really well. They were excellent at communicating with us and sorting issues both big and small. We kept the same point of contact in Gaurav throughout, which we really appreciated. We would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

As a first time buyer, it can be quite a daunting experience, but having Rahool there to help me through the process made everything easier; knowing I could give him a ring to ask questions, especially after a few complications came up with the purchase was a massive bonus.

Gaurav is an excellent man and a property expert. He took over the marketing and running of my rental apartments several years ago and I have quite seriously never had any issue with his management of them. All the headaches I had as an amateur landlord were simply removed as soon as he was appointed by me. He knows the business, has an excellent team and the advice he gives me, always communicated clearly, means I do not suffer unforeseen issues and when they do arise, he deals with them whilst keeping me fully informed about everything that is going on. I have not had a fallow period in my limited number of properties since Gaurav took over and he handled the pandemic brilliantly. Five stars from me.

We booked a viewing with them and were interested with the property.Told the agent that we were interested and he responded by telling us to give more information about the tenants which we did and there were no response afterwards. So the called the guy from the agency next day he said he will look into the matter and call back by half an hour which he they never did.So called them back again by asking why he didn’t he call back and asked him again about the details of what can we do to proceed the matter,but yet again no responses till then.Called them the next day asking what happened and they replied they gave the property to someone else telling us you should have deposited the reservation amount which they never told us about before.It really was a bad experience with the them and we just want to know what was the reason why we were rejected and soon they apologised telling us they had an misunderstanding whereas we were in need of a room by the end of the coming week.I would not express my frustration if it wasnt for the one guy in that agency who promised us there would not be a problem about the procedure.

we have booked an appointment through zoopla and we met with the agency and we were ready to move in to the property within a week. so the agent we met was ok with it and he told he needs some information about us and need to send it through email and we did. but we didn't get any response from them so we called him and reminded about the property between the call he said he will get back to me with details of room and every thing. and today after calling he said that room they have given to someone else. very poor quality of service they have.would never recommend to anyone about the agency. no response we just waited for their reply and wasted our time. we also said him we need the room it was urgent for us to move in July 1st week.we talked about rent and everything was OK. the property we looked was in limehouse

Rahool and Gaurav of Clever Property restored our faith in letting agents. We were recommended to use their services after we had become very disillusioned with our current letting agent and having had several bad experiences in the past. However upon employing their services, Rahool and Gaurav immediately found us a suitable tenant and the associated process was completed smoothly and easily.
They also found us a buyer for the flat and whilst the subsequent sale has been a tedious process, all requests made to Rahool have been answered and resolved quickly and efficiently.

These guys are a breath of fresh air.
Generally I've found it difficult to trust estate agents - but I can safely say that Gaurav and his team are honest, friendly, hard working and trustworthy. They found me new tenants super quickly, and organised for end of tenancy cleans and decorating with almost zero notice. Having had a previous bad experience with an estate agent, I was very careful with who I went with to sell my flat. Clever Property appealed to me because they actually listened to what I wanted and helped me to achieve that goal.
Both Rahool and Gaurav were incredibly honest and upfront about when my property should be listed and for what price, and their advice was really invaluable. They were communicative through the whole process and worked incredibly hard to get a sale.
The agent fees were very reasonable and less than half the price of many large high street estate agents. Plus there's no penalty fee if you want to part ways as you're not locked in to a contract for a particular period of time. I would happily use their services again and I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a flat or house.

"There's no nonsense with Gaurav. He's that rare estate agent who prides himself on skipping the BS. He worked ridiculously hard to make the sale of my flat happen. To the point that I almost feel that he doesn't charge enough.
Gaurav went above and beyond what you might expect from an estate agent. Without him, I don't think the sale would have happened.
