My name is Stephen Sanders and I am the director of Sanders Property.
Sanders property is a letting and management company based in Islington N1. We have over 30 years experience in the property sector and always try and look after our clients and tenants.
Due to being a smaller agency, we offer a more personal service and we promise you will not get lost in our system, like you would with other more cooperate agencies.
We aim to give the more professional service out there and having over 30 years in the lettings and sales market, we feel we can do that better than some.

Stephen, who was recommended by my sales agent was absolutely amazing. I was in urgent need to rent my property in Harlow ASAP and when I first met with Stephen to discuss my needs, he was able to put my mind at ease.
His wealth of experience, competitive fees, professional attitude and operational prowess was mind blowing - I gave him the keys to my property and Stephen took over the advertising, professional photography and conducted the open days for all prospective tenants.
Tenants were vetted, reference checked and moved-in commencing the following calendar month - that's fact!

Absolute massive help for me, I managed to find a room through my friend who got me in contact with stephen. He was very polite and was a great help through my journey moving in! I am 18 and was trying to find a way to move closer to work as i was working at the airport and lived in colchester at the time. My commute is via public transport and I am so grateful to have been able to move into Bishops stortford with the amazing help of Stephen! Thank you very much!!!
