Avoid Heather Fraser. Worst company I have dealt with. I am a property maintenance company that work for various estate agents around the area. Hamptons refused to pay my invoice for work that was fully completed months ago. In the end I had to settle for a small amount just to receive some of my money back. I will never use Hamptons again and I work with big estate agents.

Absolutely outstanding service from the first to the last Minute !!
We had a very up and down long saga with our chain below with some very poor solicitors in the chain. Deborah was brilliant throughout, without doubt she held the whole thing together. Very responsive to emails chased and pushed when required, kept up to date on position of everyone in the chain. We were buying a new build and we’ve been told that without Deborah’s involvement and reassurance we would have lost the plot we were buying. Very professional brochure for our property and a faultless service in regard to viewings and feedback. We could not recommend Hamptons Newbury enough thanks you for a faultless service.

Hamptons dealt with the sale and purchase of my property. It was very complicated for a number of reasons and Hamptons were excellent throughout! I would often speak to them twice daily and they would always keep me up to date with the situation as it changed, as well as help me find solutions to road blocks we were encountering. I haven't got a negative word to say about them. Both Deborah and Kate were excellent and I would highly recommend Hamptons to anyone.

In my experience, estate agents fall into two groups. Some just go through the motions in the hope that things might happen one day. It tends not to, and you feel that you have wasted your time and money.
Then there are the experienced professionals who know what they are doing and how to get results. Kate responded quickly, kept the deal moving and anticipated problems. I cannot recommend Hamptons too highly.

I have let my flat with Hamptons Newbury for a couple of years now and have been so impressed at how efficient and professional they all are. I believe I have been privileged enough to have had contact with most of the team; Danica, Jack, Alfie and Shelley (sorry if I have missed anyone out) who all know the answers to my questions immediately, providing me with consistent communication. I've recently experienced a change in tenants which I always dread but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of tenants and how seamless the process was. In comparison to other letting agencies I would say Hamptons in Newbury are a cut above the rest, in fact I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you team Newbury!

My experience with Hamptons International was as follows:
Once I had decided to let my flat, Hamptons were very quick to set up a meeting at my home to go through the options and clearly set out what I can expect from the company. This included a detailed review of similar relevant property in my area and provided me with a realistic price at which to let the flat out. This was supported by a clearly laid-out 'introductory pack' with tips which were very useful to me as a first-time landlord.
Once I had agreed to go with Hamptons, a tenant was found very quickly and there were no problems with this aspect at all.
I have found the staff to be very friendly and approachable, particularly Alfie - the person who I dealt with as the initial primary contact. As mentioned, this was the first time that I’ve been a landlord and Alfie was extremely patient with me considering the amount of questions that I had!
The whole process went very smoothly and I am very happy with the service provided. This being the case, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hamptons International to friends and work colleagues in a similar situation.
