30th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)Martyn was very helpful upon my move in and viewing. However when it was time for me to move out, they withheld some of my deposit money because the property wasn't clean enough. I didn't complain when upon my move in the floor was as dirty as the grount outside, but now I got charged money because I didn't clean? They even provided pictures about how it wasn't "clean". There was no dirt on the pictures.

Both Mark and Russell were readily available to answer any questions or concerns. Their commitment made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

19th Mar 2026 (30 days ago)Outstanding Service. I have used Belvoir Tadley to market my rental properties previously and would not use anyone else. Initially meeting with Pippa to discuss the property and my requirements as a landlord, she took everything on board, was very professional and focussed on my preferences. She was always there to give me sound advice when needed and I always felt like a valued customer. The viewings were made by Barbora. She is amazing! Kept me informed, answered my emails quickly, always very friendly and very knowledgeable. I also felt that Barbora knew the kind of tenant I was looking for and gave me great advice. She went above and beyond many times and is a huge asset to Belvoir. My last tenancy was very challenging, through no fault of Belvoir's and both Barbora and Pippa worked tirelessly to get everything sorted out. I am really happy with the new tenants I have, they are just what I was looking for. Her resilience, positivity and problem solving skills are second to none and coupled with her kind and understanding personality, we could not have asked for a better estate agent or customer service. By the time we signed the contract, Sylwia felt like more like a family friend than an estate agent.

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They all demonstrated a deep understanding of the local market and provided insightful advice that helped me make informed decisions. They were always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the process ran smoothly. What truly stood out was their commitment to my needs and preferences. 17th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Be very careful buying a property through these sharks. They took us right up to exchange and then the seller suddenly demanded £10,000 more for the property or he would pull out. We refused to be bullied like this, so ended up losing a large amount of money as a result of wasted searches and solicitor’s fees. We had the searches done promptly and did everything in our power to proceed with the sale in a timely manner, and they still treated us in an absolutely disgusting way and acted with zero integrity. Hillier and Wilson fully sided with the seller and fully supported him in attempting to rip us off, they didn’t even offer us an apology.

15th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)No one really talks about the back end of the process when selling your home, when things don’t go smoothly it’s actually critical to the whole thing! Downers certainly are high achievers in this area of expertise, Fraser, the office manager is exceptional and I honestly don’t think we’d have completed the sale without him. That’s not a discredit to the rest of the team who were also professional & helpful, exactly what you need. We just can’t thank Fraser enough, we would highly recommend them ??

They made the whole process of securing my new place smooth, quick and completely stress-free. Communication was clear throughout and they were always helpful and easy to deal with. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel straightforward from start to finish. Would definitely highly recommend!

From first viewing to completion, Graham was kind, professional and supportive. Everyone at Hallets was open and honest at all stages, keeping me updated and answering questions with patience and good humour. Communication was always prompt and the processes were all made smoother by the knowledge and experience on hand from Graham and team. Hoepfully I won't be house buying again for a while, but I would whole heartedly reccomend Hallets to home owners od buyers!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

27th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
