We interviewed five agents but it was very clear when Strutt & Parker came in we had the winner. They cared about us and what we could do for the best sale. We talked about strategy and marketing. We followed all their guidance and polished up and staged our place for sale. It sold in 3 days and for just a tiny bit under asking price which was higher than the evaluation. Next, we had a few hurdles around admin and paperwork and Katie and team were there every second of the way helping and coaching. We really felt like we had the 'Titan' team working on this. The buyer was very detailed and rightfully wanted the full degree of everything. We we're so thankful that Strutt & Parker had the tenacity to stick it out and with such grace and style. Truely a top notch firm. Look no further.

Harry and his colleagues at Strutt and Parker provided an excellent service throughout a fairly complicated sale process under probate.
The particulars and photographs showed the property in its best light and with a realistic guide price, immediate interest was generated. The negotiations to arrive at exchange of contract were thorough and professional with excellent communication and the sale was completed on schedule.

They advised on work required prior to putting out house onto the market. They then assembled an excellent set of particulars plus an Ehouse virtual tour.
The guide price was set at a level that generated immediate interest and allowed us to seek best and final offers. The commercial negotiations to get to contract were handled professionally.
We were kept well informed at all times.
