I visited several estate agent offices in Newbury and met several agents as I viewed different properties. Chancellors (and agent Sally Stevens) stood out for several reasons. I found Ms. Stevens to be extremely professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I trusted her and the Chancellors team immediately, and never felt that they were trying to push me into a decision or use any obvious selling techniques. Rather, they enthused about the property, gave me time to consider, but when the time came to make an offer they negotiated swiftly and effectively on my behalf so that I felt I had a great property at a fair price. Throughout the sale process they kept themselves updated with how things were progressing and called me and answered my emails by return to offer help or advice. (Nicole Puckett at Chancellors Head Office was excellent in pushing the seller's solicitor for the information that was needed in order to complete the sale.) Buying a house can be extremely stressful but I was lucky to have found a property through Chancellors as they made the process transparent and human. I would recommend this company .

I would 100% recommend Chancellors. I have used a few estate agents over the years and Chancellors were by far the most professional, helpful and efficient. I sold my flat for the value I wanted and the sale of my property went through quickly and smoothly. Brilliant professional service by Sally and Lawrence, they were patient and really personable with my parents who were selling a house they had lived in for 48 years, wish we had gone with them when first decided to sell. Can’t thank them enough, the move allows more freedom and ease of getting around for my parents and Sally and Lawrence helped make that dream become a reality. Hello my name is Vlad i hope this i will be helpful for everyone which they want to rent or buy the house whit this guys i lose the money becouse they don't make the proper job and they disturb you all the time after they take your money i am very disappointed and i feel very angry about this people and something more i forget to say don't trust never in that guy Richard Chaudry MARLA and all the people from this Agenti on the end please careful to don't pay the money and on the end to don't have the house were to stay whit the family and 1 small children 5 year old! I had an wonderful experience at Chancellors in Amersham due to Shaun Haywood.
Shaun showed us around a property in Little Chalfont last week, he was polite and knowledgeable, knowing all the answers to our questions. We have placed an offer on the house and look forward to working with him throughout the rest of the purchase.

THESE AGENTS ARE A JOKE! I would never sell my house through them! Making a simple enquiry about a home for sale and I got the third degree! Kim at this office and then her manager Daniel Short don’t seem to have a clue about customer service and for the money I have, I’ll take my business elsewhere! Sellers beware! Your home will not sell with this agent as their primary objective is to increase their database and not sell your home! I was asked for my email address mobile phone number house address and how much money I had in the bank, just for asking a simple question as to why a property they have had for over 6 months hasent sold and if their was any defects with this particular house. Daniel decided to profile me saying he didn’t believe I had 1.2 million pounds in cash, furthermore he said he needed to verify I was a genuine customer as they had Females working in their office?!?! Now what is that supposed to mean!!! What an absolute joke how he could’ve verified me is anyone’s guess. All they want is your personal information so they can hound you daily with calls and emails re “other property’s” they have to sell. Looking back now online I think that’s the reason the property’s they have listed haven’t sold in months. BEWARE POTENTIAL BUYERS AND SELLERS. Rude stuff it’s like a classroom in that office. Never again
