We have been delighted with the service from Stuart, which has been professional, efficient and friendly throughout. We bought our house through him nearly 9 years ago and were very happy then, so we thought we would use him again, and it was definitely the right decision. Stuart really knows the area, does what he says he is going to do, and is completely honest and straightforward. I can't think of a single thing that could have been done better.

We bought a flat through Portico and Stuart was our agent. From the first viewing, he was pleasant, professional and took the time to answer our questions. Throughout the process, he did everything possible to expedite the purchase which went through to exchange in just under 5 weeks which is incredible! He chased all parties and always kept us informed which made a huge difference. I would thoroughly recommend.

Stuart Balfre made us feel that we were their only clients. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They were especially helpful in that we live out of the area so all viewings were taken by them. Being close to the property their local knowledge was very useful in pricing the apartment realistically. Thanks to them we made a quick sale.

We put our flat on the market with Portico. We chose them for their positive outlook of our sale and their prominent site on the high street. We have had very good customer relations with all of the staff in the Acton branch. They are very considerate and have made the process go as smoothly as possible. Stuart Balfre dealt with the sale and myself and my partner felt we could rely on him through all the sticking points that arose when selling our property. Communication was good and requests were acted upon quickly.
I would recommend Portico of Acton as a good local agent.
