Zain was superb from start to finish. He certainly deserves credit for remaining involved from viewing to completion. Lots of good information about the important aspects of the flat purchase in South Acton.
Zain also efficiently handled the transitional letting arrangement, as I bought the flat with a limited extant tenancy.
Not just from a professional standpoint, but Zain is friendly and quick to respond.
I'd certainly recommend City Deal without any reservation.

Letting a flat with Citydeal Estates has been a breeze, Antony and the rest of the team have been very efficient and accommodating, everyone is very prompt answering mails and enquiries (including the management team upon taking the flat). No pressure, transparent processes, pictures on the website gave a good idea of the flat I visited, a fast turnover from visit to keys in hand. If you are looking to rent in Acton/West London, I recommend Citydeal Estates, by far the best letting agency I had to deal with so far (and if you dealt with letting agencies in London, you know how some of them are, so for once I think this agency truly provides good services!)

I rented a property with Citydeal for a year from September 2022 to September 2023. The service we received for Antony was outstanding and could not be faulted. Made the whole process as easy as he possibly could. Reason for the one star reduction is the referencing was agonisingly long however this was out of Antony's control. I would however suggest to the company that they to the referencing internally moving forward as I am sure it will be a much easier and smoother process. But besides that everyone at citydeal was very accomodating and very understanding of our complicated situation. Would definitely recommend them!

After more than 6 months of living in a property managed by Citydeal Estates, I feel confident to say that I couldn't even imagine a better letting agency. All our concerns are addressed promptly, the building (also managed by CE) is frequently maintenanced, everything runs very smoothly.
An example of how great they are: a while ago, we were afraid to ask them to replace our bent and squeaky (but not broken) bedframe - you know, usually, landlords don't like to do anything that is not absolutely necessary - but Citydeal Estates bought a new one without any fuss. They also adhere to all safety guidelines (replacing smoke alarms when they expire, carrying out general checks to ensure plugs, etc. are safe), which might seem basic but we all know that not all landlords/agents care about those things in London. Citydeal Estates are great.

I was very satisfied with Citydeal Estates services.
I rented a flat in Chiswick for over 8 years.
It was handed to me completely clean and part refurbished.
The only reason I moved out was that I bought a property.
Faisal and his team were amazingly professional and supportive.

The atmosphere for this estate agency is very open so you have zero privacy when discussing your options. I would rate the level of friendliness at a five. In terms of online responsiveness I would rate them at a zero. I made countless attempts to email them in regards to a certain property I saw listed on their website. However I never received and email response.

I have dealt with citydeals for many years. They were the agency that managed our freehold. They always found the best tradesmen at the correct price and kept the property well serviced and safe. Their administration and services were transparent, efficient and friendly. I also dealt with city deals when I needed to rent a flat for a short term whilst refurbishing our flat in Acton. Timings were short and life stressful. City deal was immensely helpful finding the right place for us in the shortest of the delays. Last but not least, we used citydeal to sell our flat. City deal gave us independent and expert advice throughout the process and they found the perfect buyer within the time frame agreed at the right price. They were immensely helpful, honest and clear with us and the buyer throughout the whole process. Citydeal has always gone above and beyond in all occasions. City deal manager has always been personally involved making sure that everything went smoothly and was immensely helpful beyond his duty. I have since moved out acton but will not hesitate in recommending city deals as well as using them again in the future

We were looking for a place in Acton Ealing and Chiswick. Faisal and Gabriel were patient with me and showed me houses which matched my criteria.
They were very proactive and kept sending me details of new lets coming and they ended up finding us the perfect place with the high ceilings and garden we wanted.
The move day process was lovely and straightforward and the house professionally cleaned with a new mattress as promised.
