I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.... Read more

We booked a viewing for a studio with Angelina and since it turned out to be small for us she was so helpful and recommended this other place that I now believe is the perfect place for us. The process to rent was very simple and she was the most helpful and professional. Me and my partner were shown properties in the Acton area by Priyesh who was very helpful in answering any of our questions and managed to successfully negotiate our offer with the landlord. He was able to get the ball rolling quickly and try and enable us to move in ASAP, however we eventually decided to hold off on looking for houses for other reasons. I sold my flat with Robertson Smith & Kempson in June and thought it was a fantastic service and experience. I specifically worked with Jack (who sold the property), Cameron and Toby in the Acton office. From the beginning the team were proactive and immediately set about selling the property. I received frequent updates and really useful advice regarding viewings and feedback. Their knowledge on the local area and current market was insightful and extensive. It wasn't an easy sale given the current cladding crisis, pandemic and being a leasehold sale, however they were very supportive and offered a great deal of insight on how I should deal with various issues as they arose. They were slightly pricier, but for the amount of work they put in it was WELL worth the money. I would recommend them to anyone in West London!... Read more
