I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

We booked a viewing for a studio with Angelina and since it turned out to be small for us she was so helpful and recommended this other place that I now believe is the perfect place for us. The process to rent was very simple and she was the most helpful and professional.
Since we come from letting our last flat with an agency that treated us horrible, we are so glad to have RSK now and feel taken care of and valued. We are looking forward to a nice journey together.

Me and my partner were shown properties in the Acton area by Priyesh who was very helpful in answering any of our questions and managed to successfully negotiate our offer with the landlord. He was able to get the ball rolling quickly and try and enable us to move in ASAP, however we eventually decided to hold off on looking for houses for other reasons.
Despite this, the team was very professional in handling this and I cannot fault the communication and experience from Robertson Smith & Kempson Acton in handling the situation.

The main thing I love about them is their responsiveness, you can always trust them to pick up the phone within a couple of rings, everytime. I sold my flat with Robertson Smith & Kempson in June and thought it was a fantastic service and experience. I specifically worked with Jack (who sold the property), Cameron and Toby in the Acton office.
From the beginning the team were proactive and immediately set about selling the property. I received frequent updates and really useful advice regarding viewings and feedback.
Their knowledge on the local area and current market was insightful and extensive.
It wasn't an easy sale given the current cladding crisis, pandemic and being a leasehold sale, however they were very supportive and offered a great deal of insight on how I should deal with various issues as they arose.
They were slightly pricier, but for the amount of work they put in it was WELL worth the money.
I would recommend them to anyone in West London!

Jack Dann did a great job of coming in later in the day and selling my job for a very good price. He brought in clients who were right for the house and eventually came up with the goods - the right couple at the right price. He negotiated brilliantly and kept me in the loop at every stage. Where he was also most impressive was in driving the process along to exchange and completion .. without him I do not think things would have gone so smoothly or so fast. What a fantastic experience, from start to finish! Not usually one to leave reviews but I felt compelled to with this firm, the staff are some of the nicest, friendliest most capable lot I've ever dealt with. I'm usually hopeless with names too but they left such a great impression with me that Blair, Liam and Jeanie come straight to mind. I'd say if you're considering selling, buying or renting with someone within the area then they really are the go-to. My friends and I were looking to rent a house in Acton and our agent Angelina was an absolute Godsend! Admittedly, we had very high demands for our home but Angelina was always communicative and attentive to our needs, finding multiple viewings sometimes at the last minute! She wasn't pushy at all compared to my experience with other agencies like Aston Rowe but she was genuinely supportive of our house search and if a house didn't fit, she didn't press it further. I would highly recommend her as an agent. She's also a bit quirky which made the house hunt search (which can be stressful and discouraging at times) all the more enjoyable. The vendors we bought our flat from used RSK and the agent was Jack Dann. He was incredibly communicative, thorough, professional and helpful. He was more useful during the buying process than our own solicitor! He made a stressful process less stressful and we were so impressed. Wish all estate agents were like him.

Our estate agent, Comfort, was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and had our best interests at heart from start to finish. We ended up with a lovely flat with very reasonable rent that was found by Comfort for us. RSK are quick to respond any queries, and got everything done extremely efficiently. I would recommend them, especially Comfort, to anybody looking for property in this area.

I found the whole experience from start to finish a positive one. What impressed me was the friendliness, honesty, knowledge and good advice that I received from all the staff. Communication was very good with quick response times to questions and any concerns I had. Compared with other agents I approached they were realistic in terms of what I might expect to achieve and introduced appropriate potential buyers. It was clear to me that they knew the local market very well in terms of putting the right properties with the right buyers. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to other sellers.

We booked a visit with Comfort Osobu and everything changed! Not only we liked the flat, but Comfort has managed to made things easier for renting the flat! So we are really grateful to her for that! The worst experience we've had with an estate agent. We arranged to view a flat at a certain time. We had to call the agent to see why nobody came at the appointed time. We were assured they were on their way. We waited 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Eventually two young women arrived without explanation but did not have the keys. They said someone else would be arriving and they knew nothing, as they "only work on Saturdays" as if that explained it all. The next woman arrived, by this time twenty minutes late, with another client. She walked right past us with no explanation nor apology and proceeded to enter the building with the other client. It appeared as if she expected us to follow her in. In the circumstances we had no inclination to do so and we left, having wasted a journey and at least an hour of our time on a Saturday afternoon.

I've been using Rsk Acton for the past year and my experience has been positive. After the contract as been signed I've been allocated as a property manager Mrs Kim Mellor and she has been an absolute star in helping me with every problem I had in the flat.
She has a very attentive and customer focused personality that left me pleased to have chosen this agency among many others. I would definitely recommend this letting agency.

I just want to say a huge thankyou to Comfort for her help with trying to find me a home.
I was apprehensive at first and starting and with our family getting larger the pressure of finding an appropriate home was on the forefront of my mind however comfort helped to alleviate my worries and stresses.
Although we did not end up taking the property she had showed us, my wife and I were very impressed with her customer service.

I have rented my flat via Robertson Smith And Kempson in Acton and I must say the team in the office are excellent and full of energy! The moment i called the office i felt i was given honest advise on letting my property. The entire process was extremely smooth with regular updates from viewings and potential people for my house, from agreeing the offer it took only five days to having my new tenants move in. I recently rented a flat through RSK. Overall my experience with RSK was very good. Special shout out to Priyesh who is a very nice person and a thorough professional. Priyesh understood my need and recommended a flat which would suit me and truly I loved it. I believe his strength is in his paying attention to details and working on building a close relationship with the customer. Our experience of house viewing with Jack Dann was always super pleasant always arranging for the excellent options for us. He found the perfect one! He has arranged for the very smooth buying process and was way more proactive and informative than our solicitors. So we were able to compete within a month time. I certainly would recommend RSK as all staff are very helpful and Jack Dann in particular as he is very super kind and knows the property market and what are the best deals for you like no-one else!
