Have had a really pleasant experience with Smart Move. Nyla and Bob were really helpful, I got my first property which was a small 1 bedroom flat through Smart Move a few years ago. I relocated through work and they managed to find me a new property again. Professional and really helpful. I can sit back and relax knowing my properties are being managed by the lovely Naila and Sharan, always keep me in the loop for any maintenance issues, rent is paid on time. I have not been to see any of my properties for the past 3 years as I simply have no need to. I have full inspection reports sent to me each year. This company has Bob a man who never answers calls and keeps your rent!! and Nila who is his partner in crime What they do is criminal! They do not care about Tennant’s or landlords. Never answer calls and are extremely unprofessional!! I would strongly advice everyone to not use such a company as smart move, in fact I would even say that everyone who does use there services will almost definitely be disappointed or will be out of pocket.... Been a landlord for 2 years with smart move. At first was hesitant with the guaranteed rent scheme but it was well worth it. I have been able to take a seat and let Smart move manage my property without worry. Rent is always paid on time and customer service is outstanding. Would 10/10 recommend for landlords who have been wronged in the past by unprofessional estate agents.... Read more
