Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price. Data produced by Land Registry © Crown copyright 2020.

very nice

The taste and quality surpassed our expectation. Maybe we were hungry or maybe it was damn good!

I had about a week to move from my previous place and Keiran and Amy have been very accommodating in finding me a new place in a short period of time, and getting it cleaned and inventory done, and meeting the owner the same day, ready for me to move in 3 days later. AH Lansley have a clear sense of professionalism and modern metropolitan aesthetic and sense of style. They are a very friendly and approachable group of staff and it was a pleasure to work with them. They undertake a modern approach to lettings as well such as using PropertyFile to manage their properties which is very convenient and focus on emails rather than post. I am very thorough with checking details on new rentals and AH Lansley answered all my questions well. It was really handy that a pack of instructions was present in the property (compared to some agents who don't provide them or leave them in a drawer).

We did not have a good experience with Lansley Estate Agents. I overheard a conversation Paul Freeman had with my mother on the phone where he was extremely patronising and very unprofessional (myself and someone else overheard the conversation). My mother wanted to leave Lansley and try another agent but he convinced her to stay by criticising other agents and basically telling her that she wasn't grateful for the work he'd done in trying to sell her house. We appreciate that Lansley did sell my mother's house - twice - and the sale fell through twice, but we don't appreciate that Paul Freeman made her feel guilty for wanting to leave. She was ready to stay but at that point I stepped in to deal with the situation. Now she is with another Estate Agent and very happy.

We can safely say that Amy Kaur is the best letting agent we have ever encountered. She is extremely attentive and quick to address any issues or corncerns you may have - even outside of working hours. 5* Treatment and service from A H Lansleys!
