I strongly suggest you find another more reputable agent if you can. If you cannot, please take extra care in dealing with this company. They use false details in their adverts and, if your too trusting (hi) then you don’t find out until it’s too late! I viewed a place when a tenant was in there. The day I was to move in, I found the place had not been cleaned and has mould. AH Lansley told it was tough as the documents were signed - please, check the details they are selling you and don’t sign anything until you see the place you are due to move into on the day you’re moving, and only after any existing tenants have left - AH Lansley will not help!

Avoid this estate agents. I had an offer accepted on a house, based on the provision that we had to sell out flat first. They told us that, should they have any other people enquire/put in an offer, they'd let us know and be completely transparent. A few weeks later we refresh the listing of the house we were hoping to buy, only to find it was Sold subject to contract. I now can't communicate or get in touch with the man responsible, Paul Freeman. Their staff are useless and they are anything but transparent. Save your time and find some professionals.

I had about a week to move from my previous place and Keiran and Amy have been very accommodating in finding me a new place in a short period of time, and getting it cleaned and inventory done, and meeting the owner the same day, ready for me to move in 3 days later. AH Lansley have a clear sense of professionalism and modern metropolitan aesthetic and sense of style. They are a very friendly and approachable group of staff and it was a pleasure to work with them. They undertake a modern approach to lettings as well such as using PropertyFile to manage their properties which is very convenient and focus on emails rather than post. I am very thorough with checking details on new rentals and AH Lansley answered all my questions well. It was really handy that a pack of instructions was present in the property (compared to some agents who don't provide them or leave them in a drawer).
