Absolutely awful service received they breached my data protection by giving out my information without permission then failed to provide evidence under a freedom of information application if i had more time to invest in this stupid company i would have gone to the ICO as they deserved to be penalised just be careful what info they have on you as they are always willing to share without your permission

Dealing with this company was rather painful. They had several properties that were not even on the market and were unable to answer basic questions about properties that were actually on the market.
They also failed to give important information up until the last moment which I suspect was deliberate just to get a sale/rental.
Their pages on onthemarket are also vastly out of date and full of wrong information. It's difficult to find decent estate agents these days but if you want a really poor one then this is the one for you!

Going to Smart Property was the best thing I could have done as I first time buyer. The staff are very professional and friendly, and I was assisted throughout the hole buying process. Thank to Smart Property I have my first property.

Do not believe the reviews that are submitted here they are FAKE!! This lot make out they are professional but they are far from it. Beware they will revenge evict you if you complain. Be careful of the lettings director as she is a particularly nasty piece of work. 1 star is not good enough for these snides.

They were incredibly helpful and friendly from the first viewing to the check in. The team is very understanding and supportive. Smart Property Solutions have really excelled in terms of customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a smooth transaction and a service with a smile.
