They offered me to move in, any date I wanted. I chose 3 weeks later. On the day I was due to move in, they had contractors in. I was then told it that electrical works were needed. There was zero communication from them that this was happening. So I had to return a fridge freezer, and also lost money on people taking time off work to help me. This company is a joke. They asked me to fill in the lengthy form also asked me to chase up your referees and submit all the documents for referencing. When the referencing has been passed, they did not say anything to me for 4-5days. I chased them up and got a refusal without an explanation. This is clearly a discrimination while I have a good credit history. Clearly, they dont care about their own time and resouces, let alone yours. The company is utmost unprofessional at all and MUST BE AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!... Read more
