Dreadful Company, evicted lovely couple, no reason given, no appeal, 78 signatures asking to reverse decision ignored They were both in their 70 's , not in arrears, never been a problem Took 2 months rent from us instead of one, because 2 days late giving notice Be aware that Clause 21 they can evict ANYONE without reason, Princess Court one of their properties , has up to 20 empty properties, more to follow Be aware...
