We both sold our last property and bought our present property this agent. Jean at C&M is the most professional agent we have dealt with, and the only agent we have dealt with which we felt offered a service which offered true value for money. I realise that this reads like the "puff" sometimes written by the subject so some examples: - provided quality photography and revisited property to make the most of changes in the weather and light..and can make proper use of a wide angle lens. - accompanied all visits as a matter of course - advertised property approoriately e.g. in Cheshire Life - did not look for additional payment for any of the above (something that we experienced more than once in Cheshire) - provided clear and professional advice during negotiation of both sale & purchase - responded to without delay ...based on our previous experiences, I find myself a bit surprised myself writing complements about an estate agent at this length ...but they are good.
