19th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )- 30th Nov 2023 (1 year ago)They rent me a freezing house, it’s likes the same to be outside or even worst ! there’s not insulation in the house, windows are not double glazed, just in the kitchen, mould comes up, my wardrobes are completely wet my, I’ve asked to landlord to insulate the roof, but the house stills cold, the house doesn’t keep heated !!! Expending too much gas bills, and no one said anything about it ! So the winter it’s comes again and I’ll not be suffering again, in this fridge ! Ive tried to contact them about, but I didn’t get any answer, sent emails I’ve just get a short email with not much explanations. I’ll not gonna be sick again in this freezing house, and I’ll not recommend this state agency for anyone ! Avoid them !
27th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)This is the second time we have sold a house through Coast and Marina, and we also bought the house we have just sold through them. We rate their local market knowledge and high level of commitment. Highly recommended.

30th Mar 2025 (24 days ago)Were great when I signed for the contract for the rented property. But when emailed about having problems with my boiler, they phoned me and spoke to me like crap. They told me that there was nothing wrong it, literally called me stupid, and that I using it wrong. (It was leaking) So, I phoned the landlord, and funny enough the boiler was broken. Like, there wasn't any need to bite my head off for a 'Hey guys, I think my boiler is broken, could someone please check it.' email.

19th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

16th May 2022 (2 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

From the first time we met Pete we were impressed with his knowledge of the local area and his careful preparation and advice meant that mum's property was priced sensibly and sold on the first day. Pete and Terri kept us informed throughout the process and were always friendly and efficient.
