Treated atrociously by a member of staff who seemed to enjoy being offensive. We had made a substantial offer on a house but chose to withdraw based on this as we couldn't confidently believe we would receive fair and respectful engagement. whilst we spoke with the management we detected an acceptance of the poor behaviour but not a willingness to address it.
