This is the first time I've applied for renting a house, and I genuinely had no idea where to begin. The day Ffion first contacted me to the day she handed us the keys, she was there for us every single step of the way.

Unprofessional behaviour! Terrible service! They haven’t got my deposit back for 1.5 months! The landlord approved on the day I moved out that the full amount of the deposit would be paid back, but the agency pretended that it was not! It is better to work with another company! Now I have to contact all of them a lot of times as they do nothing to change this situation!

Shocking company with no idea about the basics of customer service. They forgot about appointments, never called us back. We had to chase everything to be organised which made the final details before the move very last minute and very stressful. It was almost impossible to give them money!
Today was the final straw when I was told we were lying about a piece of furniture they said they would have removed. Such a random incredibly weird thing to do and say. It is very difficult to deal with people who are terrible at their job, are rude, inefficient and liars. Being an estate agents is hardly rocket science so to get it this wrong really takes some work!
If I was the landlord, I would be horrified at the way they deal with their tenants.

Moving countries can be hard and moving countries and finding your first home can be even more harder! Me and my wife faced it very recently and I have to say we did panick! My partner rang Beresford's office on Saturday to arrange to view a property in the Colwyn Bay area. To our surprise he was told that we had previously arranged and cancelled a viewing on this property. This was nonsense, we were differing reasons by Beresford's as to why we couldn't arrange a viewing in the first place, all of it sounded rather odd, and left it for several hoping the estate agents and vendors would get their act together. The rather bizzare excuse this time has put us off buying in the area
All I can say is if you are going to lie to cash buyers, at least make your story sound plausible.

Never answer their phone. I've tried calling them to tell them about an empty property they have on the market where someone has left a window wide open, but it just rings out and then tells me that their opening hours are from 9.30 am. It's well after that time now.

I have today bought a property through Beresford Adams. It has been a very complicated sale and Hannah, Geraldine and Ashley have been amazing. Nothing has ever been too much bother and they have managed the stressful situation both professionally and with good humour. I have no intention of selling but if I were, I would use them - I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you :)

Poor communication with landlords. Don't answer questions. Seem more interested in letting the property out to anyone at any price rather than what is best for the landlord. As a landlord, I expect you to look after me, after all that is what you take your fees for. Ignore complaints from neighbours of bad tenants and fail to notify landlord.

Our situation living overseas was a difficult one for Beresford but, Co-ordination and responses with regards to all matters were always swift and they didn't leave us wondering what was going on.
Tracy and her team worked tirelessly to ensure our property was let out within the tight 6 week timeline that I set her.
She liaised and co-ordinated with multiple contractors in order to carry out and achieve the many tasks that were needed at the property.
I have since then, recommended her to a friend who is in a similar situation as myself. He is receiving the same professionalism that we were shown throughout.
We will be using her again on the many ventures that we embark upon in the future!

I can't thank Geraldine, Ashley and William enough for all the work they put in to sell our house. Right from the beginning, they were friendly, helpful and unbelievably proactive - all of them. My husband and I cannot praise you all enough for what you've done for us. We are so glad we chose yourselves to sell our property.
Our initial house sale unfortunately fell through after 7 months but the team at Beresford Adams quickly got it back on the market and re-sold within a few days and always had things in hand.

Rented a property in Craig y don for over a year and from day one we had complaints with regards to the flat being draughty fire alarm not working had to live with no hot water for the first five weeks and so much more. Had two inspections where the lady was disgusted with the conditions we had to live in but still nothing was done! And today the cheeky gits have just told us that £160 of our deposit is being held back for cleaning!! It only has 3 rooms!! I would highly recommend sending the staff on a people skills course as the Rottweiler that was dealing with property management was awful!

My advice is don't rent a property through this company. They're fine when they're collecting your rent every month but as soon as you need any repairs doing, they loose the ability to communicate in any way shape or form

Hannah at Beresford Adams and the rest of the team have been successful in selling our property and securing a good price, despite having spent 12 months on the market with another agent. While the fees for this agency were higher, it was clear they they worked hard to ensure regular viewings. Communication was excellent.

Not a very nice place to go ask for help, the blonde lady lorna was very arrogant and laughed in my face and didnt make me feel comfortable at all and will not be going back I'd rather travel to a different town

She and they have helped at every stage of my dealings with the company and have bent over backwards to help me out with some particularly difficult issues that have arisen at my property. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty on a number of occasions and kept their heads while I was losing mine. I would thoroughly recommend their property management services.
