As new landlords having Natasha and Rachel's support to guide us through the process was invaluable. They were supportive and informative at all times and we always felt that our interests were central to the process. Their guidance in preparing the property for rental was particularly important as there were many things we needed to conclude before we could rent. We had one or two false starts with tenants however they managed this smoothly and worked hard to find a tenant that fitted our requirements in addition to suiting the tenant. We've rented for a few years now and experienced a few different estate agents - so far Anthony Flint have been the friendliest, most helpful and very professional. They make the process of renting less complicated, give you all the information you need and are very quick with their responses. They make you, as a tenant, feel equally as respected as the landlords, and it feels like a more personal renting process. I found it particularly lovely that Natasha and Rachel went out of their way to remember our pet's name too. Unfortunately many letting agents seem to only the have the best interests of the landlords at the fore - so this is a refreshing change. So far any questions we've had have been promptly responded to, and they have been excellent in keeping an open communication between us and our landlords.... Read more

Anthony Flint Estate Agents have been faultless in selling my home. Anthony came to carry out a valuation and I immediately felt at ease and confident that they would do their best to sell my house. Anthony and his team were prompt in getting the house up for sale. As we had already moved out of the area I wasn't expecting an easy sale. I gave the keys to Anthony and they organised and attended the viewings and the house sold within a couple of days. Unfortunately my buyer wasn't the fastest to get into gear. The team were very reassuring and kept me up to date through all the stages. They even arranged the removal of excess items in the house. The communication has been great from beginning to end.
