Anthony Flint are selling my (deceased) mums house. My brother and sister are executors to the will and when I asked their receptionist for information, she was very frosty and refused to help!
No empathy or compassion for someone in a difficult position!

For the two and a half years we have used Anthony Flint as the Letting Agents for our property, we have been greatly impressed with their very friendly and efficient service, offering excellent advice and dealing with our queries promptly. Their communication with us is excellent, and although we live so far away from the property, we are very happy to continue to place our confidence in Donna and the team to deal with things on our behalf. The fees for their services, we feel, offer good value for money. Overall, very happy indeed to deal with them.

Anthony Flint has managed two of our properties for over eight years. I have the highest regard for them. Having used other agents previously, I do know what poor agency service looks like. They work hard to find good tenants and to set up clear and fair agreements. They inspect the property regularly get repairs sorted quickly and deal promptly and fairly with any disputes.

Antony Flint has managed my 6 flats in Llandudno since 2006. The 1-star review I’ve just seen has absolutely nothing to do with my 12 year experience with the company. I always receive 6-monthly condition reports by email and post that set out any defects and issues that arise with the tenants. When new statutory regulations came into force the management team was outstanding, finding competitive quotes for various works and then managing everything. I’ve had terrible experience with some agents in the past, but Anthony Flint is at the opposite end of the scale. You can always reach one of the team and they always secure new tenants with minimal delay. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Extremely disappointed with Anthony Flint – after they ‘managed’ a rental property on my behalf, I returned to a house that had been completely neglected by the tenants. It did not look like the tenants had cleaned the property once in the 4 years that they were living there – it was disgusting. Not only that, through their neglect they caused damage to the property, which has cost thousands to put right. Anthony Flint, by their own admission failed to complete regular inspections of the property as listed in the Agency Agreement. Had the completed inspections been more thorough, the issues at the property would have been noticed and could have been resolved. They’re happy enough to charge you a management fee every month, but they cannot be relied upon to do their job and help maintain your property - my advice to others would be to steer well clear.
