Had a really great experience with Solos when looking for our new flat to rent. They fitted us in for a last minute viewing on the day. Very responsive to emails and calls. Jennie showed me round and was really lovely. Then Michael spoke with us throughout our application. He called or emailed most days and kept us updated along the way. Took months to sign and sort out tenancy agreement, never been with an agency that needed that much personal information. During the viewing the agent had no idea about anything in the flat. The flat we rented ended up having a serious mould issue which was spread throughout the flat - resulted in major health issues, loss of clothing/furniture. Took months to end tenancy and the agency were little help and favoured the landlord, ended up having to contact local council to be able to end the tenancy and leave. Waste of time and money would never rent a property through these agents again and would not recommend them to anyone - their properties/fees are overpriced for what they offer in return, regret ever renting from this agency....
