Having purchased from Watson's before a few years ago I knew they were a reputable agency to deal with. My friends have also bought and sold property through them and had positive experiences.

With being the clear the market leaders in their patch of North/West Nottingham. When I came to sell my property in NG8 there was really only one choice. Especially after they promised to get £10k more than the other 2 agencies which had pitched for the sale contract.

Within the first 3 days of marketing they secured 17 viewings of which 3 turned into offers. And good to their word, they were quality offers as well. One at asking price and 2 over asking price.

The sale wasn't without it's challenges towards the end but majority of this was outside of Watson's direct control and I wouldn't have wanted to swap their professional team for anyone else.

Despite the challenges bought by working with a skeleton team due to furloughing and social distancing measures as a response to CV19, Watson's managed to get the job done without any price reduction. So all in all a great result.

Thank you to all of the team. I expect to do more business with them again in years to come.

What a wonderful experience this has been. We were with a national estate agent for a few months and we hadn't had a single indication of any interest before we switched to Watsons. Then as soon as we switched we had a good number of people showing interest with three offers, and we have just completed the sale with the minimum of fuss. Keeping it local made all the difference because Watsons know the area really well. The staff have been brilliant at all stages and my wife Julie and I can't fault them. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell quickly at the best price.
