Although I didn't not end up buying my property through Watsons, I have to say it was not through any fault of their own. They are a tenacious bunch, who really went out of their way to bring properties to me which matched my profile. Our circumstances changed so we moved to a different location where Watsons do not operate.
I would 100% recommend using Watsons to purchase a property.

I'd like to commend Watsons Estate Agent for their outstanding and professional customer service, in particular Francesca Pezzotta (Sales Manager). They are extremely polite and understanding of each and every situation. It's been a delight communicating with Francesca with regards to our family home purchase so far - to which we've been able to secure the sale. The process is smooth and efficient and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home which falls within their radius. Just check out their website as it's got a great user interface. When looking to sell our home we noticed Watsons Estate Agents really stood out in our local area, most properties for sale had Watson’s boards! We contacted them for a valuation and agreed to market our home with them, we quickly realised why they dominate our local and surrounding areas! From the moment our sale board went up to the moment our sold board went up we have received outstanding service from all of the team at Watsons! One staff member in particular stood out to us and we feel deserves a mention in our review Francesca Pezzota was brilliant always listened to what we wanted, always on hand to give advice for our sale and purchase she has provided excellent support throughout and made the whole process easy to navigate thank you Francesca and thank you Watsons you’ve been fantastic. ?????????? service would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Having only a brief yet positive experience with this company I wanted to show my appreciation for Leona Hewitt, who was promt, professional, warm and incredibly helpful. Working in the property industry myself and then looking for properties a good service stands out and when I saw her title was only ‘Trainee’ I was genuinely shocked. We only spoke briefly about my property requirements and she then contacted me before a property went live, giving us a sneak preview, and got us a viewing before it even went on rightmove. This is how you sell property! Good luck on your estate agent journey, you’ll go far!
