Ive used watsons now three times in the last 4 years. Always professional. Quality service. I don't rate hunt to try and get the process done any cheaper because cheap is not always the best. Although they are fair priced too so I wouldn't say it was expensive either. Would always use watsons for any sale.... Read more

Buying my property has been quite an experience due to legal sides of it taking a total of 11 months to finally purchase. Watsons have been brilliant chasing every side they could. In particular Lucy who has had our best interests at heart the entire time. She constantly remained in contact and updated me regularly with everything going on from both sides. We moved house last week, we sold our house within 2 weeks of being for sale with Watsons. I was dreading this move, however from the beginning when Will Watson came out a valued our property to the actual day of completion was amazingly smooth. The whole team are amazing, we were kept in the picture by Alexandra, who has been fantastic through the move journey. They also put us in touch with a conveyancer who was also amazing. As an agent for most of my working life I always knew I would approach eventually selling myself with skepticism on promised service and incredibly high expectations. From the very first call to view a property through to accommodation of out of hours appointments and finally securing a great offer with a fantastic buyer I have thoroughly impressed with the team at Watsons. They bring a really great mix of old school estate agency in with modern touches and most importantly for me clear and reliable communication. I don't think I have waited more than an hour for a response yet! Leona and Francesca in particular have handled our sale so far offering considered and concise guidance where needed. Both have made significant efforts to aid our situation and have kept to the high standards they set themselves when Francesca met with us at home to discuss coming with them.
