We were first time buyers and purchased our first home with William H Brown. Our main point of contact was Lily who was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the easiest journey with our solicitors and Lily was great at helping us chase up outstanding issues, I really think the sale could have fell through without her help liaising between us/the seller/the solicitors. I would definitely recommend William H Brown, our calls were always answered or messages passed on leading to quick call backs, thank you to Jared and Amelia for your support on this also! Having been messed about by others previously I was impressed when William H Brown sold my house in a day - and for in excess of the asking price! Jared and the team knew who I was when I called, and were hugely responsive whenever I had a query. Of special note was Amelia who kept me informed every Tuesday as the solicitors ambled through the conveyancing process. Honestly can’t fault this.

Would not recommend. Very confident to get a higher price then every other estate agents, then get 0 viewings and try near end of your 2 week cooling off period to lower the valuation to same as other companies will give you to start with. Wouldn’t go with them ever again.

Today I completed on the sale of my property with thanks to the amazing team at William H Brown in Kimberley. They’ve been the perfect tag team from start to finish, ensuring a super quick sale at a very competitive rate and with continued excellent customer service throughout.
Firstly Jared the manager. I had three valuations and it was Jared who came to do the valuation for William H Brown. From the moment we met I knew it had to be him. He was so confident he could sell my house - and his confidence instilled belief in me that he was the man for the job! I loved his sunny, fun, nature and his positivity - he never doubted for a moment that he’d sell my house - in fact his words were “I’ll sell this within 6 weeks - you mark my words” - and he was right! In fact it sold after just one open day. I am so thankful that he was so determined and true to his word.
Then Stan - he did an amazing job on the open day in showing people around and showcasing my house because it sold from just those 6 people who came!
And finally Lily who did such a fantastic job of picking it up from there and seeing it all the way through. She was so helpful with advising over the negotiation with the buyer and was a very diplomatic “go-between” to resolve issues - on top of this she had so much patience with my endless questions as I’d never done this before! Also she was having to keep trawling round my house endlessly with the buyer who kept wanting to visit!
All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend William H Brown in Kimberley to anyone - I feel I’ve received impeccable service from a superb team headed by Jared. Between them, they really have made my dreams come true, to live by the sea, wake up to the seagulls and spend quality time with my baby grandson Ben.

In the last months, I've been looking for a home and I had to talk with multiple estate agents. We also got gazumping with other estate agents and lost the house we were trying to buy, loosing a lot of money in solicitors and related services. What a joke!! I asked them about their poor feedback, they said it was old and working on getting it changed. I can say from my experience, the poor feedback is totally justified.
We had to show people round ourselves. Once we had moved, they took over. We couldn't understand....until we showed up when they had a viewing and didn't tell them. It was a disgrace. The person from WHB had left his notes in the office, so had to ask us. He didn't even know the asking price when the viewers wanted to put in an offer!!!
People in the office, with the notable exception of one were rude and unhelpful.
I should have trusted the online reviews. I would NEVER use these again.

Very poor feed back, very poor activity, however 10 out of 10 on imagination of excuses as to the reasons for this. Only plus of not selling was that we didn't have to pay them the commission
For all the said e-mail and marketing no feed back on reasons for lack of interest could be obtained except, 'Brexit', 'your house needs nothing doing to it and that not what people want at present' , 'its a slack part of the year' or 'your files in my colleges draw and therefore cant tell you anything at the moment' We have had to give 1 star to be able to post

When I told them I was ending my contract to go with another estate agent, they didn't even ask why. Don't use this company

Worst estate agents I have ever dealt with and I have 15 years of rental experience. They are rude and so inflexible, I allmost pulled out of the deal.Only the fact that I had already paid them money kept me in. However, I can't wait to get away from them and take my money elsewhere. Do not use them, they do not know the meaning of the word customer service. Once they take your money, it seems to me they stop caring. If I treated my customers this way, I would be out of a job already. And it seems I am not the only one to feel this way, judging from the other reviews I have seen in various places.
