Little nervous as I was buying my first home, received great service during the whole process from everyone in the Eastwood branch.
Buying my first house was way easier because of Lee Peck's help. He was always quick to respond and easy to reach whenever I needed him. No matter if I just needed a quick update or had big questions, Lee was always there to answer them. He knows a lot about how to buy a house and was really willing to help me understand everything. This made a huge difference. If you're thinking about buying your first home, getting help from Lee is a great idea. I'm really grateful for his help and I think others who are about to buy a house should definitely talk to him.
Would recommend Burchell Edwards looking for a good experience in buying their own home.

We went with Burchell Edwards because of previous experience with Lexie. Tyler signed us up. Scarlett organised and did the viewings, she understood what we needed from a purchaser, i.e. ability to actually proceed was more important than highest offer. I saw her in action when we had 7 viewings in 1 day she was brilliant with potential buyers. We got 4-5 offers within about 10 days. She's always replied to emails and phone calls in a timely manner, if she didn't know something she found out. Amazing from start to finish, I cannot speak too highly of her.
Listed property on December 26th and completed on March 28th.

Burchell Edwards deliver and excellent service. They were quick to contact us when we made enquiries. Scarlett showed us around two properties and was absolutely amazing! She had a really friendly approach to conducting the viewings and was so knowledgeable - answering all of our many questions! I work in customer service myself so it was great to be on the receiving end of such excellent service, thanks so much! Would definitely recommend

I have received excellent service from the Eastwood branch, right from booking the valuation via Scarlett, dealing with Lexie who listed my property and re-installed confidence I had lost with another local estate agent, Watsons. Most of all SCARLETT, who ensured the viewer who bought my property had been vetted and in a position to buy also negotiated an offer on my property that was way more than I anticipated and that is what you need from your negotiator, not someone who is just happy to get the sale but fights to get you the maximum sale price. Months were wasted with the other local estate agent who did not vet viewers and wasted my and my family’s time by booking people to view my property who were not in a position to buy, just to say they’d booked a viewing. Communication has been fantastic with Scarlett and she has actioned every query and has been happy to do so.
My property sold after just 1 viewing using Burchell Edwards, Eastwood, the photographer was awesome, marketing was professional, not the agent sending an accompanied viewer round with a camera claiming to be professional. After wasting 6 months with another ‘ estate agent’ whose Negotiators were argumentative and rude I would highly recommend Burchell Edwards, ask for Scarlett!

I cannot thank Lee Peck (my advisor) enough for his work, unconditional support, knowledge, time given to explain and consistency throughout the 18 plus years we’ve worked together. I have experience of working with others too and honestly no one comes close. Lee has found a solution for every obstacle we’ve come across, he will not commit to anything he don’t believe he can do and always tells me the reality (what more can I ask for). I have linked Lee with close family and friends due to trust, they all say he’s thorough, consistent, reliable and have only worked with him since being introduced.
Lee knows already, however simply thank you for being you, forever grateful.

I'd Found the Perfect Place to Rent through them and had Holly behind the scenes organising it all for me.
A Weekend viewing at a time both parties were available for, she Sorted it, went for the Viewing & having immediately Loved the place, phoned Holly up after saying "I'd move in Monday if I could", Bosh she Sorted it, Monday Night had the keys in my hands to my new place.
Beyond Fast & Efficient, along with the team at the estate agents being incredibly pleasant and helpful as I had Alyssa give me a friendly check up/confirmation call to ask if I have any new questions I'd like to ask for peace of mind & about how everything that was being organised for me was still going to plan. Absolutely can't fault them for anything, they're down to earth and honest which is something to be truly admired.
(I even got a Gift box of goodies & discount vouchers from them, which was a Lovely Housewarming present)

After a flood in the house over the weekend Holly was an Incredible help, after I’d left a very panicked voicemail with the branch, not expecting a reply because it was the weekend and out of hours, Holly called me and talked me through what she would do, massively putting my mind at rest. She was a fantastic link between myself and my landlord, keeping us both fully informed and staying in constant contact to get the situation resolved. This contact was maintained the entire time (including Sunday!) which was such a huge help. After 17 years of renting I have never had such a fast and genuinely helpful & personal response from an agents, would highly recommend ????
