Illegally evicted one of my family members without a Court Order. Instructed Brad Builders/Properties to steal belongings from the property. Legal action being taken against SFA, Brad Builders who are based in Leicester and also Town and Country who they have links with. As a landlord i would not recommend you use SFA or any Company that are affiliated with them. As a tenant i would strongly advise not renting a property from them.... Read more

I have just moved into a tenancy with my fiancé provided by SFA. Our letting agent Daniel was fantastic, he provided an excellent customer journey from start to finish. Our first meet while viewing the property was excellent, great knowledge of the building and area, even giving advice on bill paying and settling in. We've previously had bad experiences with letting agents so it was refreshing to have a positive and professional experience. Couldn't recommend Solutions for All highly enough!... Read more

I have just moved into a tenancy provided by SFA as a young person just out of university. Daniel from Solutions for All has been absolutely amazing from viewing our house to giving advice regarding bill paying and settling in. Not only has he been incredibly responsive and professional, but he is also extremely friendly, and not at all patronising, which is assuring for first time renters such as myself.
