Sophie was great in selling our house. I emailed her on a Friday night and she came back to me personally herself on a Friday night also. She came out to me on the Sunday and put my house on the market. Within a week my house had sold. I was I bit worried when she valued the house as the valuation I had previously was £12000 less from another agent but how wrong were they. she obviously knows the housing market. I decided to go with Sophie Hill Estate agents as i thought her marketing was superior compared to the other agents in the area. Her videos that she does are fantastic also. She sold my house within a few days for full asking price. Sophie's enthusiasm stood out for me when came to do the valuation so that again made my choice easier again. Very unprofessional. First and foremost, I'd like to say that in response to what was said about "frustration with this property ", it's not the property or venders that I'm unhappy with, after all, vendors can sell to whoever they like, NO! it's the way that this agent has treated a potential customer i. e. with disregard. Despite being cash buyers, the agents would not return our messages, trying to contact them using their land-line or mobile numbers was near impossible.A couple of times we stated that we would meet the asking price in full for one property but they never even responded to confirm whether our offer had been accepted or not. .Would NOT recommend this agent .Very discourteous, (We sent 3 or so emails which went unanswered, phoned multiple times and sent an sms). I did notice during a period of a few weeks that several other newer properties on the Market with them were being processed and I don't think that I'm expecting too much to know whether our offer had been accepted.,especially since we had spent over £300 getting an offer in principle ready for purchasing the property we wanted. I feel that the agent should take care of potential customers who were in the system before taking on more business that they were not able to cope with. If not then it's up to them to meet demand if they wanted more business. As I understand the agent had at least 3 others working for her, according to the website and from very early conversations that we had. We received 2 or 3 emails off the agent at the very beginning. That was it.It didn't escape my notice however that after waiting all that time for them to respond they did however respond almost immediately after I wrote this review.. Funny that.Finally, only now after her reply below and weeks later do I find out that the property has been promised to another purchaser!That's not how you treat customers.... Read more
