After 4 years of no problems our landlord chose to switch to Darlows because they were offering “a better service for landlords”... not only did this turn out to be the exact opposite for our landlord but our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) had to suffer over and over before we eventually had enough and were forced to find another property to keep our family safe & warm. The staff were buck passers who never dealt with anything that involved effort, as a result our landlord paid thousands for a new boiler and repairs that were unnecessary and could have been avoided if action was taken as it should have been (boiler leaked for 3 days and brought a ceiling down - we could not stop the leak and no one knew where a stop tap was!!) this is just 1 example I can assure you there are many more just as bad, our landlord is taking further action and ultimately had to sell the property. We cannot emphasise enough that as a tenant or landlord you are taking a big risk by using Darlows! I am sure more will surface in time. You have been warned.... Read more
