Had a great experience recently buying through these guys. I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be.
Overall I would highly recommend.

Martin & Co have been brilliant selling our property. We had numerous issues with solicitors but Henry from the Merthyr office was quick to offer advice and guidance on what to do next and how to manage the problems we were having.
The thing that really helped was Henry's experience, helping promote our property and advising the best way to advertise it to gain maximum exposure.
We would 100% use Martin and Co again when selling our next property. Thanks guys we really appreciate it!!

Martin & Co is a very professional and friendly estate agency. I was dealing with Nadine Higgins, and throughout the whole experience was very responsive and helpful. Went above and beyond to help with what queries we had. It made the experience of renting alot easier when you have such personal service. I would highly recommend going through Martin & Co.

Henry & Kate provided great service when I was selling my flat. They responded to all my enquiries speedily. Kate in particular went the extra mile and helped speed the sale up liaising with solicitors when there were blockages in the sale. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Recently purchased a property through Martin & Co. The service was excellent. All calls were returned promptly and nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend anybody thinking of marketing their property to use them. The lovely welcome pack at completion was a lovely touch to end what was a very positive experience.

My partner and I recently moved into our first home together at the start of the month. As we were both first time buyers we were quite unsure of all the procedures of house purchasing, however, Kate and Henry were amazing and kept us 100% up to date with everything that had been happening. They are both really friendly and professional and we would definitely recommend to anyone purchasing a house.

I received regular communications from her with updates on the progress of the sale, she quickly leaned on solicitors when progress slowed, can't fault her and the rest of the team
