I wasn't overly impressed I rang to make an offer on a house and discussed it over the phone and increased my offer during the conversation and that was a week ago and I not heard anything back from them so won't be using them again to relocate to the area

I’d give 0 if I could. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. The representative I dealt with was so unprofessional and impatient. No aftercare what so ever or help to resolve problems left by previous owners. Do not bother going with this company. Avoid at all costs.

We rented our first property through Apex. They advised us about all the new legislation with Rent Smart Wales and how we needed to comply. This was a stressful event in itself and a worry considering to let our first home. I dealt with Clare and Martin and to see the service was exceptional is a understatement. One happy landlord???? and after meeting the tenant I know they are very happy with the service they have also provided. Terry

As an Estate agent they do not seem to comply to basic regulations. I know a friend who has rented a property through themselves for over 2 Years. During that period the Landlord was not registered with Rent Smart Wales which is a legal requirement. Also no annual Gas Safety Checks were done another legal requirement. Finally original deposit has not been registered with the DPS or either of the other two deposit protection scheme's.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

we have bought and sold properties through Apex and they seem to be the best we come across. The also manage several properties for us through their letting service.

The estate agent I had was very arragent. She said everything in the property was fine. 6 months later I've been without a boiler, hot water and mould in ever room in the property. Been trying to get hold of Aimee yet no reply and when I do get a reply I get abuse!!! Be very wary of this estate agents !!

After buying a property from the Aberdare office, we then let the property via Apex Merthyr. They have been managing the property for over 16 months and so far no major issues. All round a good company to deal with.
