ABSOLUTE SCAM agency!!! AVOID at all costs! Worst agency I’ve ever come across!!! Will take your handling deposit and seem to have no clue regarding share codes, extreme discrimination, they don’t even want to handle the process, they cancel and then send you a message that they are keeping hold of your money and if you want to complain you have to do it in writing. Not to mention the fact that the staff in the Loughton branch are extremely unprofessional with your data (SARAH JANE SMULLEN) for example not quite sure what her intentions were for stalking mine and my husbands LinkedIn accounts nor was she even one of the people dealing with our application it shows how unprofessional they are if everyone in the office is accessing your personal information. We are consulting with a lawyer regarding this as it’s an extreme breach of handling data and protection.... Read more

Very rude and obnoxious staff, I showed interest in a property and receptionist/agent coordinator was very patronising and smug, unsure if she was having a bad day, however by the looks of their reviews, i am not surprised. I would certainly not recommend this company, it's clear they do not know how to communicate professionally. Generally speaking I do not leave reviews but her tone and attitude called for one. Frankie who works here has absolutely no etiquette of dealing with prospects. 0 training. A good agent takes time to understand the situation of the potential client, rather than outright disqualifying the person. I infact was ready to pay the deposit without even viewing the property in discussion. Knowing I am eligible and having passed references, she still ended the call abruptly saying she has other people to attend to, very unfortunate..... Read more

We were shown a few properties by Sarah who was lovely, warm, reassuring and understanding throughout the process and helped us find the perfect property for us! We then dealt with Annie and Sophie who handled a lot of the admin side who were helpful and approachable on all fronts. Spencer Munson Loughton were excellent with our move. Everything went so smoothly, all of our checks were done within a day, and all information and documents were sent over as soon as everything was finalised. The staff were already dealing with a stressful situation as we only had a matter of days to move, but they made it possible. So thank you very much. Especially to Sophie, Sue and Sarah. We are endlessly grateful to have you as our agent and couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out. We are settling in great and love our new home.
