I would give them a zero if I could! Worse house builder to date! Not reputable at all, money grabbing kept increasing the house prices at Banbury Place, We had our heart set on a Barlow which we missed out on. Overpriced not surprised it was downvalued then expected us to make up the shortfall. Insisted on using there own mortgage advisors & solicitors, Were told we could not reserve until we had a AIP by there mortgage advisors! Absolutely shocking and clearly breaking the consumer code guidelines which we have also contacted. Asked to speak to a manager, was told She was not prepared to talk to us as that is the price of the Barlow take it or leave it! sales advisor had no clue regarding the site, did not install any confidence at all...
