It looks like we have sold the house (found a commited buyer -fingers crossed) in about their 5 weeks average which is excellent. We are selling at around 96% of the valuation which is about We (and SWF) were expecting.

Awful awful please avoid , was a paying tenant for over 3 and a half years, maintained the property , they sent me an eviction notice as landlord needed to sell, managed to find myself somewhere to move and they decided they would try and hold all of my deposit due to a wooden sink drainer that you know accumulates water over 3 and a half years of wear and tear and some cleaning where it was cleaned to a fair standard before I moved.they wanted £1900 just for new counters baring I mind it was just a small squats of the worktop that had water marks. I got back £341 out of the £900 deposit back . Complete rip off merchants! Just out there to take money off you! Would not recommend unless you want to be shafted

What can I say! The best part about the process of buying our home was SWF, particularly Jack and Michelle. From the booking of the viewing Jack was professional, friendly and just so helpful, and this just carried on through the whole process. He kept us up to date and chased when needed for us, we never felt abandoned or ignored. We struggled with our solicitors causing a few delays and also other parties causing delays but through the whole thing both Michelle and Jack kept us totally up to date. Communication I must say was top notch and explanation's of processes throughout were just great to settle our minds when needed, we felt looked after. When it needed the extra push at the end Michelle was there to liase with the solicitors. They say you need good solicitors to move home but I believe you also need the best estate agents and they were phenomenal! Will highly recommend and would always use again. Excellent experience from the team at Sanders Wright and Freeman (SWF) from the initial meeting and valuation with David, the subsequent marketing of the property right through to completion. Jack was most helpful in keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale and responded quickly to email queries and phone calls. SWF took a really helpful proactive approach in dealing with unexpected delays in the sale which was most helpful. I have to say the service from SWF was in sharp contrast to a previous experience I had with the same property from Connells, whose service was very poor.

We were impressed by SWF's communication when we were viewing properties to buy that they were listing. So we gave them the chance to quote for handling our sale and I'm so glad we did. They were great value and didn't employ pushy sales tactics or add on sales techniques of other firms we got quotes from. They were very transparent and great communication was the theme throughout our time with them.
In an age where location on the high street or size of advert in the local paper no longer hold any importance, this only leaves price and customer service as the deciding factors when choosing an agent. SWF were outstanding at both of these.
I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering selling their house.

Went with my family to view a house turned up 5 mins early, lady estate agent was waiting in her car, I politely spoke to her and said, we have an appointment to view the house, she was very angry and looked at us in disgust and said Your not viewing till another 10 mins and put her window up, at that point I changed my mind about viewing the house and just didn't want to be there, but my partner said let's take a look, when we went inside the agent had completely changed and was very talkative soon as she knew we was in a good position to purchase, but regardless we were upset with the behaviour she displayed earlier and left and didn't want nothing to do with this agent.

Having rented houses for over 6yrs I haven’t found a better letting agent than SWF. I purposely look at rentals with them due to this and I’ve just moved into my 3rd property thanks to Julie and her fantastic team.

Had a routine inspection today with Julie coming in with landlords. She spoke very very rude to my mother with her disgusting mouth. She had no rights to speak like that to my mother. Julie stood up for the landlords and she has no regards for tenants. Always supported landlords and always disrespectful to the tenants. They do not even deserve one star for the review with there stinky attitude. JENNY the landlord started to complain to my 9 years old daughter that would she put nail polish mark on the shelf in her own house if she had one. Who the hell is she to speak to my daughter like that how dare she. They have crossed there limits not a wise thing to do its disgusting.

I was recommended using the services of SWF by my solicitor and have never looked back. The fees were very competitive and the staff conducted themselves with unrivalled courtesy. I was given access to the SWF app which allowed me to monitor the sale progress from my smart phone, and within just a few days my property was attracting potential buyers and within the very first week I had received an offer for the asking price. I can highly recommend SWF for their professional sound advice and communication skills from the initial survey to the final completion date. Even though the current pandemic meant that David, Jack and Jane were in part working safely from home, the dedication and safety to their clients was outstanding, Its a 10 out of 10 from me.

I really cannot thank Dave and the team enough for selling our house in such a smooth and stress less manner. The house was sold extremely quickly with viewers already lined up and ready to go. The service provided from start to finish was exceptional, Dave was very friendly and was always on hand to provide any advice if we needed it. Jack and Jane provided excellent sales care and always updated us on the progression of the sale when being dealt with the solicitors. I cannot recommend this company enough when considering moving home and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Selling a house whilst living over two hundred miles away is not a straightforward challenge. Fortunately our choice of estate agent was rewarded handsomely. Sanders Wright and Freeman have excellent systems in place that keep you fully informed of all developments as they happen. However, what truly impressed me was the professionalism, competence and approachability of the whole staff. David, Jane and Jack always left the impression they were doing all they could to expedite our sale. Our sale, now successfully completed, was not without delays and setbacks. Having SWF on our side throughout was important and I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend SWF. Being a landlord with them was straightforward and easy, they took care of everything. Also sales dept. the staff are very helpful and keep in touch with progress.

I can't recommend this estate agent enough. someone always answer's the phone always happy to help and will go above and beyond after dealing with many estate agents trying to get house viewings was almost impossible but every time I called SRF I would get a viewing I have now sold with them and brought a house off them

The Sanders Wright and Freeman team where all extremely enthusiastic, reliable and professional throughout our sale. I would highly recommend Sanders, Wright and Freeman to anybody looking to move home.
Despite the usual difficulties and frustrations along the way all of the team worked hard to see that our move worked out and their communication was excellent.

Fantastic team!
Professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. From Dave who did the valuation, Jack who organised viewings to Jayne dealing with negotiating and giving regular updates.
